I'll usually plan a relaxing evening once a month by going to a park, having dinner with someone, or maybe take a long bath to break away from the daily stuff. That being said, what's your favorite way to chill out?

I'm trying to find a real way to relax. I'm really sensible to noises, they make me so nervous, so it's difficult to me to relax.
My idea of relax is to go in nature, but the park I used to go to, now has a restaurant that put music so loud that you can hear it in every sing point of the park.
Anyway I'm searching for other ways to relax other that go in the nature, but I'm struggling to find them 😅

There are lots of things I find relaxing. I enjoy reading, watching TV or anime, playing video games, taking a hot shower, or lately I've taken up doing crossword puzzles too. I also love nature and being anywhere away from people, surrounded by the calm and peace of nature is very relaxing.

Playing video games and playing with my kitties or just snuggling with them are my favorite ways to relax 🙂. I like to read too but the books that I like to read (excluding manga) does the opposite for me since they make me mad 😅, so atm I’m on an indefinite break from my books until my mental health is much better again.

Mostly playing games I enjoy, spending time with my pets or reading. In winter I often take baths to relax too and in summer I enjoy getting out and going for a nice scenic walk.

My favourite ways to relax is either to watch my favourite tv show, play video games and play and cuddle with my cat 😊

I usually play video games or watch anime. Sometimes though, I'll find it hard to concentrate on either of those things, so I'll just look at clothes online (I'm usually good about not buying things on impulse, though).

Playing a video game, sitting with my dogs, cleaning or watching my fish. Sometimes doing dishes is relaxing to me.
In winter, sitting by the fire is nice.

i honestly love just laying in bed and doing nothing 😭 i would play some music in the background and stare at the ceiling!! this leads to passing out and sleeping which is also relaxing to me lmao

my main source of relaxation is in my bed 😭 if it wasnt for my desktop chair's broken lumbar support I would include that but truly painful to sit at longer periods of time

when i know im doing nothing for the day its dangerous how long i can laptop/read/game in bed lol

Crocheting! It actually helped me quit smoking 😭

I find it so relaxing; it also occupies my hands more than I'd like to admit. On the other hand, other ways I enjoy relaxing are laying in bed. I have a disability so it is VERY MUCH enjoyable to lay in bed after a super long day. Whether it be a mentally or physically taxing day. I just love laying in bed. Especially with my emotional support plushies and my comfort hoodie from my bf 🥺

my favorite ways to relax are watching tv shows and journaling! i've been trying to journal regularly even when i get busy and it's so comforting, especially after a long day

If it's cold enough, I'll be under my electric blanket either napping or playing video games with a nice cup of hot tea. Otherwise, I'll be on my computer and work on game dev projects all day (preferably night).

My favorite ways to relax are reading, playing video games, listening to music, and watching shows or movies~

Recently I don't feel like I find myself with a ton of time to relax with playing games, or watching anime much like I used to, maybe it's even a little stressful since it seems like a lot to catch up on... So lately when I find myself time to relax, I just like to lay in bed/nap or lay down in the bathtub with some lavender bath salts. I have a weighted blanket that is suuuuuper comfy so it's really easy to relax in bed lol
