Your Dream Villagers: Why Do You Want Them?

Rosie and Moe: Not only are they adorable, but they were two of the first three in my first ever AC game (WW). They will always have a special place in my heart. I also had a bit of a love affair with Moe.
Octavian: I used to play ACWW with my cousins (four of us together) and Octavian would go between us from town to town and we all hated him with such a passion. Now I kinda want that nostalgia back hehe..

Dream Villagers I want:
Soleil - As soon as I saw her I just thought she was adorable. To top it off, she is snooty, which is my fav personality type.
Marina - Once again based of looks. I just think she is so unique and adorable, plus we share a Birthday.
Dream villagers I have:
Blanche - Who I didn't realize was a dream villager but darn if she ever leaves me I'll flip.
Tangy - Omg adorable. Her personality is too cute as well.
Tia- In City Folk my best friend was Margie. Tia reminds me of her adorable younger sister or something so it brings me nostalgia while still being "new"
Mira- I find Mira so strange that it makes me love her. I like her "freakness" Her, her house, her personality all just seem strangely awesome.

The dream villagers I want are either sheep or purple-colored 
Vesta and Baabara: They were in my Wild World town and the perfect sheep duo, always bickering and making up later with present deliveries and birthday parties. I wish I had them both again!
Static: He's a squirrel with some style and the hopscotch to the bed set up in his room is funny and alarming.
Queenie: She looks cute in a bird-brain kind of way.
Sydney: Koalas have grown on me this game and she is the purple-est.
Bob: I've not liked the lazy personalities but I think Bob looks the part without looking too derpy or obnoxious. Better than Punchy, who drove me crazy with his yawning and sleepiness.
And lastly, I have only one of my dream resident at this time, Pietro who scares the crap out of me when he peeks out from my orchards but does the extremely adorable happy dance on a weekly basis. Sheep are the best.

So far out of my dreamies I have:
Pango: She was in my town from the very start and is the last remaining town-original villager. Over the course of my playing ACNL I've just come to love her. She's my mayor's best friend, and she pops in for visits randomly, and sends me letters with gifts and is overall just awesome.
Bruce: I picked Bruce up off of streetpass. He moved into my town randomly when I had an opening, and I was excited to have a deer, so I decided that he could stay in my town.
Lionel: I saw a picture of Lionel and knew I had to have him. Dat stache. I love him to death and I think it's hilarious when he sends me love letters.
Beardo: Much for the same reason as Lionel, I just needed to have him. He and Lionel's houses are close by each other and they are my stache bros.
Caroline: She was a recent addition to my town. I picked her up for free off of reddit for giggles because she was cute, and I wanted someone new in town, but I decided that she was very adorable and also a normal personality which requests the PWPs I want (fairytale), so I've decided that I like her and she can stay.
Felicity: She was the first villager I ever got off of belltree. I joined belltree for her actually. It was a raffle and I got really lucky because the other two people dropped out and let me have her which was super nice of them and she's so adorable. I talk to her every time I see her.
Ones I've yet to get:
Lolly: A while back I got Lolly on belltree, but I didn't have room for her in my town because I think I had just picked up Caroline and Felicity. So I decided to put her in my cousin's town to store her until I had room, but my cousin fell in love with her instantly because, duh, she's adorable, and so I'm letting my cousin keep her while we search for another version for me so my cousin doesn't have to go through a villager cycle to get her back for herself.
Ankha: Another villager I've gotten off belltree and stored in a cousin's town. Luckily in her case my cousin doesn't want her, so when she's ready to move she's all mine!
Marshal: Marshal appeared in the tent of my brother-in-law(who's game is run by my sister, his wife) and she scooped him up because he's really popular and she wanted to make someone's day later, but once I decided that having one of each villager type didn't matter to me I told her when he's ready to move out I will gladly take him and have 3 amazing smug villagers.
Other:
I had Mira in my town, bought her off reddit, and really liked her, she was awesome, however, I didn't play for a couple of days because I got busy, and she moved out of my town unannounced. I logged on one day and had a letter from her saying goodbye and her house was gone. I haven't yet picked a villager I want to replace her with because I'm still a little sad that she left so suddenly without warning me first. So I may leave my 10th slot open to take villagers out of tents to give to other people so they can have all of their dreamies and maybe one day I can cycle back around to her.

Stitches- he moved in randomly in my old town and I fell in love with him at first sight. I wasn't surprised when I saw how expensive and popular he is. I love him so much that I reset my town when he left just because I didn't want my town without him.
Olivia- She was one of the first five villagers in my old town, and I was really attached to her and absolutely devastated when I lost her.
Colton- I didn't like Jacques so much in my old town, and Colton is really cool. I wanted a horse villager in my town, too, and Ed would've stayed in my town permanently but his house placement is terrible. The only only smug I really like is Marshal and I don't feel like shelling out 40 million bells for him.
Wolfgang- He was the first villager in my campsite in my old town. I was super confused seeing him in the campsite, and when I invited him in I thought I would hate him, but I loved him. He was the first villager I lost through TTing and I cried when he was in boxes. When he popped up in a cycling thread, I TTed like the wind to make room for him.
Sterling- The only jock I really like because he actually looks athletic. And eagle villagers are really cool, I like them a lot. He's a cutie.
Sydney- Super cute normal! And koala!! I know some day I'll let go of her if someone asks me for her, but not until I decide what normal I want after her. I definitely want Nana or Maple or one of the other super cute normals *____*
To receive:
Purrl- Originally my replacement for Olivia, but I decided I loved the both of them. Purrl is really cute, and her house is like a little cute cottage. I had her before I reset, and I reorganized an entire section of my town when he crushed my path with her house because I decided not to place it myself. She's adorable and I miss her.
Deirdre- I REALLY LIKE AGNES so maybe Deirdre won't be a dreamie anymore, idk. She was the second villager in my campsite when I had my old town, and I moved her in. I really like all the deer, and I miss her a lot, and Agnes is really cool, but her house is in a bad spot. -sigh-
Dotty- She's the only villager I've ever purchased, and I TTed her out trying to cycle for Wolfgang. I saw she was in boxes and cried. I miss her a lot, and I don't even have a peppy villager in my town right now :c She's adorable, and I can't wait to have her back.

Marshal - Mostly because I think he's just adorable with that sulky expression c: He fits the smug personality (seriously, I cannot see him as a cranky).

I don't particularly have 10 dreamies, but these are my couple :
Flora - I saw her on WiiFolderJosh's videos and automatically liked her. She's cute and peppy! She certainly catches my eye because of her features. Also, she's a flamingo and I really like that animal. ^_^
Lolly : My sister had her in her LGTTC town and I really liked her. Then when I was resetting towns for myself a couple months ago, she was in one of my towns and I really liked her, one of my favourites. Plus she's normal, which makes her cuter.
I have both of my dreamys now. :3

Genji: Never had him until AC:NL. He grew on me the more I interacted with him. A good contender for my Teddy's nostalgic jock villager.
Papi: Similar to Genji, the more I interact with him, the more I like him. Appearance suits the name of my village (Casual) since he isn't off-the-wall like many other villagers out there. xD
Chief: Nostalgia favorite for cranky villagers. Apollo is a contender for that title as well.
Rosie: Cutest of the cats out there. I don't like Peppy personality in general, but if I had to choose someone I can tolerate with said personality, it would be Rosie (cute) and Bangle (appearance suits the personality).
Molly: Normal is my favorite personality, and so are birds irl, so she fits the bill for me (especially with her cuteness).
Lucky: Nostalgia favorite. He just fits the lazy personality.
Ribbot: An hyperactive energizing robot frog. Can't go wrong with that, yo. I still don't know how I come to accept appearance/personality clashes for the jock villagers myself (like my Genji samurai meat-brain bunny). I don't really have to have him though...
Muffy: Have no idea what Uchis are like, but I assume it's like a tomboy-ish personality? I think gothic sheep with a strong persona is pretty cool. And I need a sheep to go along with my typical animal of choice residences/villagers.
Pecan: I could change Pecan for another peppy villager out there, but I guess I wanted a squirrel for more variety. I already have 2 horses as dreamies anyway.

Currents:
Rosie: Well, Rosie was an original. Twice. I made a town for cycling and she appeared; at the time I wasn't too keen on the cat species due to their insane popularity (talk about indie) but honestly, I just didn't understand the hype. So I sold her. A few months on I reset my cycle town to create a new town that I was going to treat seriously. Elgor. Rosie came along and I didn't think much to it. After talking to her a lot (due to disliking the other villagers I had tremendously) I got to like her. A lot. And now I just love her and I am soo glad I have her!
Bob: Bob, well, honestly... wasn't a dreamie. Bob was just another cat to me, and like mentioned in Rosie's, I wasn't too keen on cats at the time. Bob moved in naturally as one of my not-yet-reached 9 villagers, I wasn't too amazed. However, after non-stop talking to Bob to get to know his personality, I was overwhelmed when I discovered that he is in fact the coolestmale cat villager out there! He's my ultimate favourite (evidently - look at my avatar) and now I just adore him and love the fact he moved to my town, because if he didn't he wouldn't be a current dreamie and I'd have missed out big time! He helped me become a cat lover.
Tom: Tom looks awesome and he is awesome! Plus who doesn't love a cranky?!
Rudy: Rudy is the same as tom - awesome! And he's a jock!
Ankha: Ankha's unique looks is what caught my attention (hipster alert yet again) and I just knew I'd love her in my town as soon as I uncovered the amazingness of cats! I love Ankha being in my town, can't think of a single flaw (I guess besides the unrealistic vibe, but at the same time, AC is in no way realistic!) I'll treasure Ankha forever, the moment I first spoke to her there was a connection spark, and that is where the bond begun.
Tangy: This is a tough one, I honestly don't know why I love Tangy... She's just so... different? But not in an Ankha way. Tangy is adorable and I love her there's no reason not to (unless you don't like oranges - of course!) But again: flawless.
Dreamies:
Punchy: Punchy is just amazing! His popularity is actually devastating because Punchy seems like one of those laid-back villagers you'd have who nobody would even care about, and I'd still want him! It's a shame he's so popular because it removes the rewarding feeling you get when you finally get the villager as it's more of a complex strategy and there's more of a "I'm doing this because I love the villager. Not because they're popular." Now, don't get me wrong, his popular has no effect on me wanting him, but there's always going to be that thought of knowing the amount of other people who want him too.
Lolly: Pretty much the same as Punchy, it's such a shame she's so popular. She's adorable and would assist on making my town perfect (she's the perfect match for Rosie!) and I just think that when you have Rosie; you just have to have Lolly! It's a rule! I will have Lolly someday, and that day will be amazing.
Merry: Completely adorable! There's not much to say about Merry since I just love her overall and believe she's make a great addition to Elgor, I can't wait to eventually embark on some amazing memories with her!
I can't say much for dreamies, as I haven't actually got them to determine complete opinions for them. Although I'm convinced they all have fantastic personalities too!
