My character is a superhero who made some terrible mistakes and had to flee the city he used to live in. He has a basement lair, which has slowly been built up since he moved in.
Powers wise, he's a sort of combination of The Flash and Green Arrow (or maybe Red Arrow), and goes by the name of Dart.
Mayor Jess is a girl with a head for adventure. She was on her worldwide travels. Halfway around the world (in the UK) she came across this town. She thought it had a mayor, a wonderful themed town. But, when she walked in, she was surrounded by animals and welcomed as Mayor. She started to protest about it, but as Isabelle explained everything, she decided to make this town full of happy animals, bright and beautiful.
As she never got to complete her world travels, she relies on Gulliver to give her souvenirs of countries.
And, Katie. She is Mayor Jess' sister. She received a phone call from her sister one day when the Mayor couldn't decide how to decorate her house - like a house, or her style. So, Katie came to town. She changed her tent into a house, and worked on making her house look like a house. Soon, that will be converted into the Mayor's house, and Katie will have the Mayor's 'style' in her house. She too wants to make the town as beautiful as possible!
I just made this up on the spot. It's actually not bad.
Ali is a faerie girl who was just taking a day trip when she met a peculiar cat on the train and, shortly afterward, was dubbed mayor of a small town. However, she fell in love with said town pretty fast (faeries can't resist anything cute, you see) and this is why she hasn't been home in three months.
