get cut out of the recent games. Sunny (the cute frog) only appearing in Animal Forest E+ as a JAPAN EXCLUSIVE villager, and Sproket (the robot ostrich) appearing in Animal Forest, Animal Forest+, ANIMAL CROSSING, and Animal Forest E+. At least, Sproket was seen in America and has been added to Happy Home Designer.

But this abomination

Monique has been in EVERY SINGLE Animal Crossing game in all regions! WHY! I randomly had Monique move into my town crushing my all perfect pear trees and I had planted them all. I wouldn't have even cared that much if Sunny or Sproket moved there because I actually want them.

So what villagers that were in older games but were cut out of New Leaf you wished weren't, and what are some you wished were cut out?

new leaf was my first game, but I've seen maddie in HHD and she is so freaking cute, I wish I could have her. and huggy too ;;​

I wish Monpe the squirrel was in New Leaf, I know she will make an appearance in Happy Home Designer.

and I'm not really into Animal Crossing before New Leaf,
so I don't really know of any previous villagers that are not in New Leaf.
But I really think Ketchup is cute!
Cuter than a lot of duck villagers that made it into New Leaf.

To anyone who, like AccfSally, likes Monique I just have some pent up anger over her (the perfect pear crusher), and personally dislike her design. I respect your opinions and feel free (if she is one of your favorites) to write angry paragraphs explaining why I have an unjustified opinion over her. My first game was the first for GC. This elephant named Ellie moved in and I've kept her to this day.
I was so disappointed when I learnt she didn't even get passed the first game.

ACNL was my first animal crossing game but the first villager you showed is cute i don't know why they didn't keep them. I do have some villagers in mind that I think they should get rid of, like wart jr. He grosses me out

Ya, that is an understandable reason but I agree. There was also a villager named Dyck, another awesome looking villager that was most likely cut off because of a name.
