"You do not have permission to upload an animated avatar"?

So before the big update, I bought and use the feature to have an animated avatar, and I had an animated avatar for a couple of months. The shop feature is back, but it's not letting me change my avatar to that of an animated one (It's the same gif as before, so it should let me), it just tells me "You do not have permission to upload an animated avatar"
I checked my inventory and it says it's active, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a solution to this?

i think you might have to hide it and then make it active again in order for it to work

I can't hide it, but I try deactivating and activating it again and it seemed to work! Thank you!

How do you guys find the shop? I wasn't around when it was a feature before the update.

Edit: Ah, never mind. Something I thought wasn't clickable is, in fact, clickable.

It's at the top right corner of the screen! Clicking "Shop" twice will take you to the actual shop page

Yeah, I didn't realize "shop" was clickable, haha.
