If you can't wait any longer for some Yoshi platforming fun, then look no further than Yoshi's New Island. If you don't like collecting things to 100% the game, then simply beating it won't be difficult if you happen to be a seasoned platformer player. As I've played both Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS, I can't justify myself getting the 3DS installment for 45$ CAD! I mean, it doesn't seems to be a bad game, but it feels a bit on the uninspiring side when it comes on the level design.
Downloading the GBA port of the SNES classic Yoshi's Island releasing this April on Wii U eShop would be likely the wisest choice. I heard that it'll only cost around $6. And I already have it on both GBA and 3DS.
I haven't played any of the Yoshi games yet, but if the game is just a remake of the SNES version, I might end up skipping this game. I really want Kirby: Triple Deluxe anyways. Maybe I'll find the GBA version of the Yoshi's Island game.
Made a decision! Not buying this game. From of what I've seen, it's almost exactly the same as Yoshi's Island for the SNES. Except easier. And the money sounds mediocre.
What a waste of money in my opinion. You guys enjoy your game though.
I don't agree with the REALLY BAD reviews, but that said, I can't get over the slight delay when you throw an egg. There's an animation that just doesn't need to be there... I've missed so many flowers...
