Absolutely! No interest on your home loan, being surrounded by adorable animals, and living a peaceful life sure sounds like my idea of heaven to me. The bugs would take some getting used to but it's such a small negative for so many positives.

It would be amazing.
Though I have a lot of questions.
Would there be little towns everywhere that only have one-four humans with 10 animal villagers like animal crossing or could it be a large city but still like animal crossing?

Yeah it seems cool, pay mortgage at your own pace, Tarantulas/Scorpions don't kill you, everyone is friendly etc. The only thing I can't stand is villagers plotting their houses on my paths.
