New Zealand Time, or NZT for short, is GMT (Greenwich Mountain Time) + 12 hours, so right now it would be 12:35 pm on Friday, September 20th, 2019. Seeing as the giveaway was set to end on Thursday, September 19 at 9 pm NZT, the giveaway would be over by yesterday, Wednesday, September 18 at 5 am EST (your time). I imagine Nessa is just busy right now and will end the giveaway soon as well as announce the winner! Hope this helps.
