Will invited campsite animals give me the recipe their personality crafts?

Just as the title says. The last two recipes I need, a (not green) grass skirt and a key holder, have been really hard to come by. So I'm inviting Tia and Phoebe to my camspite till one of them gives me the recipe, assuming they can.

I have an uchi and a normal on my island but neither one of them have given it to me yet, so I'm just tryin to up my chances.

I’m not sure since I don’t know what personalities craft what recipes; sorry I can’t be of any help there. I have a grass skirt that I can give you though; in fifteen minutes I have to give my cat her treatment, but once I’m done with that, I can drop it off at your town if you’d like.

Just to clarify, the skirt looks like dead grass, pale brownish, not green grass like a hula skirt right?

The Amiibo campers do give specific DIYs according to their personality. The message bottles, camper requests, and daily crafters all pull from the same pool for any given personality.

Yup. I have both the green grass skirt and the grass skirt diys dupe. i made sure to pick up the grass skirt from my pile of diy dupes.
