Who's the most UNPOPULAR villager in your town?

It has to be Carmen, this is the second time I have gotten her. I am waiting for her to move so I will have space for a dreamie but she is being stubborn.

The one I dislike most is O'Hare. He seems pretty popular, and I wouldn't mind him except for the fact that I have 2 other smug villagers that I like much more, and he destroyed a line of bushes I have.
