My beaches are now littered with horseshoe crabs because I really like the catchable stuff like that that just chills when you place it (do not even ask me how many turtles there are all over my island, it is embarrassing at this point. SO MANY SNAPPING TURTS.) I also have like toooo many vampire squids, isopods, and gigas clams because 1. they're all pretty/cute/neat when you place them!! and 2. omg y'all a REAL PAIN to catch and if/when models become a thing, I do not want to re-do all that work >____> so I would rather wrangle storage/decor now and NOT SUFFERRRRRRRRR LATERRRRRRRRRRRR like. Getting some stuff back from Nook's catalog? A few days and some bells. Not having to hunt down however many dang supersonic fast clams? Priceless.

I don't keep them, I'd rather earn the bells which you receive a fair amount for anyway. I'd say I've earned at least 600,000 bells from catching sea creatures since the start of the update, and I'll happily continue to stash away the bells.

i've been keeping some to use for decoration in a fish market area! mostly crabs and shrimp since i think so many of them look super cool. snow crabs display in the same little yellow container which isopods do and i just love the way it looks. excited for september so i can make a crab rave with spider crabs too

I guess I'm really just set on the snapping turtles lol. I don't like the isopod's bucket or the horseshoe crab's legs. I do use a bit of seaweed on some beaches - I like the seaweed-on-barrel idea, may implement if I craft multiple barrels. Not sure if I'll keep a spider crab, who knows if I'll have room on my island to throw it down somewhere by next March.

I have a pet turt in real life and like I JUST CAN'T QUITE SELL THEM, RIGHT?? They are EVERYWHERE on my island now. Everywhere. I'm not even sorry.
