Who's excited for September?

I am!
I ain't gonna miss the cicadas... caught all of 'em, they're old news. Plus they're just annoying. Sorry.
Not a huge fan of summer in general. Too hot. LOL
ANNNNNddd SEPTEMBER... OOOH... can't wait for some new critters... but most of all new grass and tree color. (dunno if y'all noticed that, but the color of the grass and leaves change from month to month. This month it was a rich forest green). I'm excited to see if it's gonna drastically change to a deep gold color or if that's coming later this year.... (DON'T TELL ME)xd \
and possibly the new update ofc
AND the falling leaves. Can't wait for that.

I'm excited for the pincones & acorns since I'm in the north hemisphere. All my paths have green grass edges though so I'm not looking forward to switching it all around. Other then that I'm always excited for fall, animal crossing or irl.

I haven't caught all the August bugs and fish thanks to some serious burnout... but nonetheless I'm excited for the new stuff September brings! especially the change in colour we're gonna get

I'm so with you on the new critters! My critterpedia is still looking to be filled. I love the autumn colours in this game from what I've seen so far, and I'm really excited for the mushroom season so that I can finally collect all the DIYs I've been seeing!

hhhhhhhhh this is the moment I’ve been waiting for!!! Too bad my main island is SH...(it works out for me tho: I play more in late spring and summer so those months line up for me! Also I have steady access to Arctin so I can still forage to my heart’s content)

I haven’t gotten all the model bugs that I wanted of the August bugs and am unsure if I caught all of them, but I am ready. I ended up caving in and bought some fall furniture but, no regrets! I can’t wait to shake my trees and gather fall materials.

I'm looking forward to getting new bugs and fish and diving creatures, as I dislike cicadas and I always look forward to a new selection each month. In real life though, I find this time of year depressing so its pretty mixed feelings for me.

Excited in game but not IRL, so it's great to have this game! I feel like I'm in the minority of people who actually like cicadas, their noises tell me it's summer haha (even though we don't have them in UK)! From experience in past games the grass colour won't go straight to its autumny-est autumn colour but there's still a somewhat drastic but somewhat subtle change iirc? Lol I'm no help really
