I am! I'm excited for new critters and the new acorn/pine cone/mushroom recipes!
I LOVED going out and visiting SH islands in May when I was just on turnip exchange! I think that I’d have a lot more success if I went to islands here but the past is in the past. In my opinion, I think the fall works better in March-May for me because 1. It’s right around when spring semester lets out and 2. there’s no little to no competition from other holidays (I loath to see how mushroom and maple leaf season fares with thanksgiving). It's weird transitioning from winter stark white to thawed out crunchy half dead grass. I'm going into spring, so I'm glad to see some green although I really want summer.
Fall was really fun back in..May? I just want my hibiscus bushes to bloom!
Not to mention that since maple leaves are through the last month of fall from 16 to 26 that puts thanksgiving right smack dab in the middle@Your Local Wild Child
Ohh, I totally didn't think of Thanksgiving plus the foraging for mushrooms at the dang same time for NH.
Cause mushrooms appeared in the last month of fall for SH (may if I remember). So that'll be November for NH.
Sounds chaotic, haha.
I'm in september and it is Puce/lime green grass.
I thought it would be fun to shake trees for pinecones and acorns.
I got 335 sticks, 18 pinecones, and 4 acorns.
I won't be bothering with that again.
Combined with winter, that makes six months of this game unplayable for me.
