Second town:
Ankha (keeping 5ever), Apollo, Jambette, Wendy and Kid Cat.

Dora, Samson, Avery, Simon, and Twiggy! Simon and Twiggy are the only ones left but I think I'm getting ready to let them go.

I know Robin, Tank, and Grizzly stayed with me for a while, but when they asked to leave I let them go.

The very first time I booted, I remember having Drago and Apple.. I didn't keep that town..

The next town I did keep, it had Drake, Chief, Pierce and two others.. That town corrupted

I didn't reset for villagers or maps in Celadon. I got Gladys, Cousteau, Puddles, Lobo, and Boomer, all who are staying here permanently. They were my first set of starters ever.

I reset three times for Chrome, on my first start, I remember having Chief and Anchovy, on my second, I remember Portia and Lucky. My final time I got Rudy, Stitches, Anicotti, Becky, and Kiki. Anicotti moved out, and I'm only keeping Rudy and Stitches.

Mine are: Lobo, Gloria, Frobert, Cheri, and Cole. I have accidentally voided Gloria and Frobert while Lobo went to a good home. So Cheri and Cole are still my villagers. I have yet to speculate if Cole would be the last one to leave or keep staying though.
