Who is Holden?

Apparently he's a villager who has the fueki set.. But I tried searching what he looks like or which amiibo set he's a part of and I cannot find him.. Anybody have a picture?

He's apparently only available in Japan and all he does is visit your RV campground to sell his items. He can't actually move in or anything. I was really bummed about that. We need more hamster villagers!
