Who are the best (and worst) duck villagers? 🦆

And I am sorry, I really wanted to like Joey, but wearing that just makes me alil uncomfortable? I guess? I dunno, i will try him and it will probably won't even take notice.
I love Deena, Maelle, Gloria's designs, they seem really neat. Gloria's hair is to die for! Oh and Miranda!
I may be the only one who likes Quilson, my sick looking son. I love Pate, and Scoot too! Ketchup looks fun to try out.

Maelle has powerful cool aunt energy, and she's able to rock the short bangs look, and Gloria is a very glamorous lady, so they're my picks for best ducks. I do think Molly, Ketchup, and Weber are really cute too though! A lot of the ducks are just kind of cute in general though, so it's hard to narrow them down.
I don't like Quillson and Pompom. Usually having a villager in one of my games makes them grow on me, but Quillson has always given me arrogant rich kid vibes. As for Pompom, she just has scary emotionless eyes.

My favourite is Molly! Pretty basic answer, but I'm not really a fan of the duck villagers overall. I just don't like that their model is kind of baby like? They all look like duckings to me and idk, it's not my thing, personally. I do like Molly simply because she's a mallard duck. I've noticed I have a pattern where I gravitate towards villagers that just look like their real life animal counterpart, and Molly definitely fits that.
As for my least favourite duck villager, I would choose Deena or Quillson. I'm not a fan of their colour palettes tbh. Deena's very murky looking and is giving swampy vibes. I will say if her hair wasn't a thing, I might like her a little more, but her feather colours are still an issue for me. Quillson's colour palette just doesn't look nice. His bright yellow hair isn't doing him any favours either, it all clashes too much in a bad way imo. Again, just like with Deena though, I think I might not mind him as much if he had no hair.

Here are my thoughts on each of the duck villagers:
Bill: As far as duck villagers go, he's pretty good. Mostly a solid color with a bit of hair and some plain eyes. He's decent.
Deena: I just don't like the puke green color.
Derwin: I love the blue color, and I like his freckles, but I'm not a fan of the closed eye look.
Drake: I like the shade of green, but I'm not a big fan of the eyebrows or the dark rings around his eyes.
Freckles: I like her pink color, but her eyes are so far apart that it give her an empty, blank look. Her pupils being so large is probably part of the reason for that as well
Gloria: I like her coloring. I think she'd look a lot better to me if she didn't have the eyelashes under her eyes.
Joey: He has tiny dot eyes that I don't really like. The big gray eyebrows also seem out of place.
Ketchup: She's definitely one of the cuter ducks in my opinion. I like her eyes and tomato-like appearance.
Maelle: She looks bored to me. If her expression were different then she'd be cuter to me.
Mallary: She looks angry. I like the purple though.
Miranda: Something seems off about her expression to me, and I don't really like the hotter pink.
Molly: She looks like a cute little brown duck. I like the markings on her head and her rosy cheeks.
Pate: She's pretty cute. I like the shade of blue and she has unique eyebrows that give her a worried look. I want to give her a hug.
Pompom: She's not bad, but she doesn't have any standout characteristics to me.
Quillson: I like his shade of green, but he's another duck whose expression I don't like very much.
Scoot: I think I'd like him a lot more without the swimming cap.
Weber: I don't dislike his expression. The asymmetrical eyebrows are interesting.

Wow, these types of threads really blew up. I've never rlly considered what my favorite/least favorite among each type of animal is... but I guess I can just choose the ones I have an opinion for.

Her base outfit in NL is a little ehhh but I love the dress she has in NH, I'd love a copy of my own eheh
Also really like the aesthetic of her house. Wooden furniture is admittedly basic but I feel like I always like designs like this, it feels super cozy.
I don't have a least favorite off the top of my head, maybe Drake or something? he looks scary lol

Molly, Ketchup, and of course Freckles are my favorites. I know a lot of people don't like Freckles, but I think her design is actually pretty cute! Least favorite would probably be Deana. I'm not liking her color scheme. Kinda of a weird green.
