Who actually built/will build the reset center?

I know I won't. It costs a lot compared to my daily income. Besides, I don't like having a Resetti Rant waiting for me every time my 3DS dies while I'm trying to grab streetpass tags.

If you tell him your battery died, he'll go away really quick and not rant at you.

UGH I hated this. It would literally make me not want to play anymore because I'd spend more time talking to him then in the game lol.

Resetti's probably the only character who doesn't give a crap that you're mayor. XD

If you don't save now Resetti will rant at you the first time (or for me atleast) and then Isabelle will say 'Oh you forgot to save' the next time. But I don't think I will or it'll probably be the last thing as i got loads of other requests and ect

for a long time i thought i was missing something regarding the reset center because i couldn't think of any reason for someone to spend 400,000 on it. i thought there was something else to it, but apparently it really is just resetti. 8| idk i find that so disappointing. but yeah, i'm definitely never getting it.
