Which villager used to be a dreamie but no longer is?

I hate that word 'dreamie', lol.

Wolfgang has always been my favorite, but I can't stand him now. Or any of the others.

It's not his fault, it's just how the personalities have been dulled down from WW.

I used to love Coco and Zucker, and while I still find them nice..they became boring to me? Idk it happens alot with some of my favorites, I get them in my towns then they are never actually in town, always on main street or in the shops/retail and I bored of them because I can never interact with them normally or they just stay in their house all day which sucks too. Right now Goldie and Chief have both been doing that (inside all day or on main street) and I hate it. I can't talk to them like I would with others and so I get tired of them, like what's the point of having them in town if they just act as pretty props ya know?

Okay this got longer than I thought lol but yeah. It was Coco and Zucker who used to be dreamies but not anymore

Merengue is one that I've always thought was SUUUUPER cute ^-^ Honestly though, I found that I feel that she's more of a novelty villager that's cool 'just to have' as opposed to me actually wanting her...? Idk if that makes sense xD Like i don't think I would go out of my way to get her, but if she moved in to my town randomly, I would be content

I used to really want Merengue for awhile after I saw her design for the first time. I even did that villager reset trick when my new move-in was set to be a normal to try and get her.. I swear I got a plot for like every normal villager except her. I think the frustration of that experience may have contributed to me not liking her anymore LOL in the end I settled for one of Skye's plots 'cause I thought she'd go nice with Fang but I let her move after only a few weeks.

hmm, probably Fauna? i still like her but i don't really care if i had her in my town or not; i'm not trying to go after her. she's also in my sister's town, so if i desperately needed to talk to her for some reason, i could just visit her town.

Probably the saltoon people, I mean their furniture is real cool and I've used those a lot but cece, viche, and inkwell went pretty meh after a while.

Also most deers, used to be crazy about them but now they are, cool I guess. I don't mind if they pop over but yeah.

Also Marshal. Used to be real cray crazy about him and while he's cute I don't really chase him all over the site.

When Marshal pinged to move I was more than happy to let him go lol.
However if I had enough time to cycle 16 villagers to get him to move back I would, he's my favorite smug. ;o;

I still like her, but I just got tired of hearing everyone go on and on about how cool her design is or whatever. There are other villagers, you know?

Dreamie is just a way of saying someone likes a villager's design. Because they literally have nothing else going for them among the 100 other generic personality types. I had three peppy villagers at one point and I just let most of them go. There was one time where I talked to all three soon after the other and they literally regurgitated the same dialogue.

I agree, the personalities are way too dumbed/dulled down. I recently played a little AC and it was jarring how different the personalities were from the two games. NL had everyone dulled and friends right away whereas AC had them super abrasive.

Never really had a dreamie. Never really got into that part of the game.
