Which town ordinance do you have?

i have the early bird ordinance because i wake up hella early
when i fill my town with flowers i may change over to beautiful idk
 
I have Wealthy for now, but I might change it to earlybird/nightowl depending on my schedule.
I think the Beautiful Town one is rather for a hiatus.
