Which Leif shrubs are available without TT-ing?

So I'm thinking of using some TBT to buy some, however I worry about feeling 'cheaty' although I know that's stupid - am I right in thinking that leif sells one shrub that's currently in season, and the other will be a random, changing one? Or will I, for now, get the same two options every time he visits? Please and thanks!

Leif sells 2 color varieties of the shrub in season (currently Azalea in Northern Hemisphere) and one other random type in 2 colors. The other type can be from any season to my knowledge, it just won't bloom properly until the right season

Far as I've seen so far in the like 5 or so times he's visited my island, he always sells the currently-in-season start, plus a random out-of-season start.

This. Based on my experience with Leif as well, he always sells me azaleas plus a pair of off season bush starts in random. I’ve got everything but hydrangeas so far.

All bushes are available whenever! it's just random which ones leif will sell

I managed to get all of the bushes except holly atm from him, it’s possibly random.

Can add to what everyone else has been saying—without TT I’ve had access to all but one type of shrub so far.
