Which do you regret? Town Name, Fruit, or Map?

Well let's see... I like the name Nimklin, I like how I got apples as my fruit, and I also like how I got four of my favorite animals to move into my town without having to buy them or anything. My only problem is how there's so many rocks near the town plaza that pretty much ruin my path ideas.

Ugh, I wish we could use the toy hammer to destroy rocks...

At first I regretted my town name but now i think its cute so~
I really regret my town map though, its very....basic.
The river just runs straight across and there's not really any interesting angles or places, also its very... horizontal so its hard to build much and its difficult to make things interesting making it very difficult to landscape.
But i got apples, and a connected beach and now I have great villagers so I dont want to restart because i would have lost too much.

Pretty much none of them? A map can always be worked with, since they have the same general setup in terms of things that you need. And I love the town name Mirage. I had a guild on RO with that name and it's stuck with me for a long time, so it has the nostalgic factor, too.

And I love orange juice, so oranges suit me just fine. : )

I never reset, because I like working with what I'm given and making the best of it. The rocks that are impassible kind of suck and get in the way, but I think there's pretty much the same amount of those in your town no matter what your map looks like.

The only thing I hate is the placement of one rock, that's it! I love my town in every way. I may not have a perfect map, but I do think it is amazing. The only thing that could fix it is having Whitney!<333

Eh, I can't decide if it is my town layout or fruit (peaches) that I dislike more.
I don't hate either enough to start from scratch though. My town layout has a lot of "dead zones" that aren't connected to anything and perfect peaches are nice, but I feel Apples or Cherries would have looked better in my themed town.
I also really wish I had a red or green train station. :/

Oh my gosh, my town name. I spelled utopia wrong. Now it's forever Eutopia.

Yikes. xD

I really should've picked a different town name (Neu is just german for new) but I couldn't come up with something better at the time. It's one of the reasons I wish I could start over but I don't think I'd have the patience to do everything I've already achieved all over again. I'm content with my fruit and mostly content with my map, though.

I'm happy with my town fruit and map, but I kinda wish I'd chosen a different name. Balamb is my favorite area of FFVIII, but...I really wish I'd gone with D'ni or Meribia or something lesser known.

Hmm. I don't hate anything, but knowing what I know now I would have reset my main/first town a few times instead of accepting everything on the first whim.

My native fruit is cherry... which I don't mind, but I would have preferred peaches or apples.
My map (thankfully) turned out great, but if I could change something I would rather have a head on waterfall (facing south) rather than a horizontal waterfall.

I wonder if anyone regrets the name "Hyrule"...I've seen over fifty of them in the past year.

Not so much fan of my town fruit being pears. It's always pears and I wish I had a little more variety there.
I'm also mad about where I put my coffee shop. It's right in front of a rock, which makes it difficult when that rock is the money rock, because I'm always missing out on the 8,000 bell bag that day.
My grass is meh. Squares are all right.
And the layout is okay. I have ponds everywhere and the villagers are spread out, which makes it kind of hard to build anything big.
All in all though, I love SunnyOak. It's the best town I've ever had in an Animal Crossing game.

Yeah, my coffee shop is right in front of the river so I gotta wiggle my way past it.

I flipping HATE my map. I feel like I have no space >_<
I've finally gotten used to it, (been playing since they released this in the US) and I actually am okay with it now. I still get mad at my beach, though. The name... Sunville... Well, I admit, I wish I could've thought of something better. Ah well. At least I didn't get oranges, like in WW. I would've died. xD

When I first got the game I didn't realise you had a choice of four maps, so I settled for the first one - bad idea. I've tried to work around it, but I really am not that keen on my layout at all.
I'm not a massive fan of perfect peaches either, I'd have preferred to have apples but yeah. I love my town and wouldn't want to change it and all the work I've put in now and I can live with it <3

That's what happened to me! I wanted apples, too, but got Peaches. Yeah, you work with it awhile, and then love it :D
