Which Badges do you think you will never be able to get ever?

Streetpass for sure, I don't see many 3DS's in Australia to begin with... let alone finding someone who has ACNL as well!

It will take me a while to get the Host/Traveller badges, but I'll get there eventually!

Letter ones, and visiting dream suites a million of times ones I guess. And there is for streetpassing too? o: well those too, when I had my 3DS I hardly got people at all, and very lucky if they still were into NL.

I have something of every badge except for the Weed Pulling one. I have Beautiful Town, but I might have to turn it off for a while, just so I can get the Bronze badge (will never be able to get silver or gold of this). Will have to put my hybrids into storage/house/museum so I don't lose them. I hated watering in WW and that is why I was so happy that there was a Beautiful Town choice in NL.

The street pass badge, I pass like one person every few months with LUCK. Here in France where I live it's not as easy as let's say Tokyo or NY most likely.

Yeah except for the street pass thing, that's not really in your control. If you live somewhere where no one streetpasses and even less so with ACNL you're kinda doomed.

There's at least a slight chance I'll get any of them in my opinion, but least likely is the gold streetpass. However, I already have the bronze, and am going several places that a lot of people are at this year, so hopefully I'll get enough streetpasses there for the badges.
