Ever had one of those moments when you're plot resetting and accidentally load your Mayor instead? That just happened to me! I got lucky, tho, and the plot was in a good spot but the anxiety I felt between realizing my mistake and finding the plot was rough. Whew, indeed.

Oh my haha. I haven't done any plot resetting and it's too much work to cycle the dreamies I have right now, but I may plot reset for my second town..but with my lucky, I would end up just loading my mayor and be stuck with a villager right in front of my home.

I always worry about this happening. There's been a couple of times when I've almost loaded up my mayor but realised at the last minute. I have to remind myself to pay attention to what I'm doing when plot resetting!

Mine isn't Plot Resetting but... after a absence of a couple days (i think 2) Isabelle was like "oh mayor...." and i was like "oh **** who moved out" turned out it was only Clyde and not one of my dreamies

Yeah, I was really lucky! The first 3 or 4 plot resets had him ( Kabuki) in horrible spots, so I was almost afraid to look when I realized I'd loaded my Mayor. But, when I slowly went around my town, his plot was in the general area that I wanted him to be in.

Loading your mayor isn't as bad as what people think. It only gets bad once you've gone through the saving process. If you want to continue plot resetting but you accidentally load up your mayor, just press the HOME Button as soon as Isabelle appears on the screen. Plot resetting will still work.

I didn't have that for plot resetting but earlier I was getting a little lazy when tt'ing to get someone out. Suddenly while loading Isabelle says "Oh mayor.." and I was like crap.

Luckily it was the Olaf I got from someone's void that I was trying to tt out the whole time haha.

♥ Plot resetting is so boring and repetitive that it's hard for me to focus on what I'm doing.
When I am plot resetting Tangy, I accidentally load my mayor,
and now her house is literally right in front of my house :c
But it's Tangy, so I don't really mind it that much c:

Or when you forget that you requested for a villager to move-in so you load your mayor but they plot almost perfectly (chester) plotted w/o me knowing and he just barely missed my purple tulips.

Awhile back I made a new player and didn't like his spot so I left the game. Instead of making a new player I picked the mayor.
His house is in the perfect spot.

Wow, that was a close one! I'm happy it worked out. If it was me, she would have moved out ASAP then cycled and got her to move in a spot I liked. If she didn't move into a spot I was happy with.

That happened to me when I was gonna reset for Static. I'm not a huge fan of where his house is (it's right next to mine) but he didn't crush anything important like hybrids or perfect fruit so it's okay. He's also at least lined up perfectly 2 spaces next to me, so I guess we're neighbors now haha. I just wanted him to be with the rest of my villagers and he's all by himself.

No thank goodness. I'm extremelyyyy cautious when plot resetting it's kind of ridiculous. A cute little game like this shouldn't cause this much anxiety lmao

I always get nervous when Isabelle says "Oh Mayor..." I can feel my heart in my throat until I find out exactly what's happening...Then I find out it's some obscure event that I forgot about or a new store opened up or something stupid...

Oh I feel for you there! Same thing happened to me yesterday. I was tting to try and get somebody out and she just wouldn't ping, then I loaded the game up and Isabelle said oh mayor....one of our residents....so my heart stopped, but it turned out to be the villager I wanted out so it worked out pretty good really!

I've done that with plot resetting too. I'm very forgetful generally because of my condition and I find it so stressful resetting house plots. I don't do it anymore because I just can't seem to do it right.
