Where to put My Cafe?

I suck at putting pwp's in my map and especially need help with the cafe and police station since they're permanent. I'll look at everyones suggestions and take the one that most people agree on. I'll post my dream address in a few but don't expect a really nice town. There's stuff lying all over the place and it's not even done yet.

In both the towns I have, all the shops are next to each other. I think it's more convenient and makes a nice "main street" in town. So if I were you I would put your caf? and police station next to town hall.

Shame that your retail is on the other side of the river.

Yea it is. I is convenient for beach access though

i would also say near town hall, mostly because that area looks sort of barren on the map.

I placed mine near the railroad. I always liked the idea of a caf? by the railroad in real life. But whatever is most convenient for you.
