Where to find this QR code. Help!

Does anyone know where I can find a pattern that looks like the leaf customization option for the alpine furniture? I want to try it out on other furniture, but I can't find someone who has replicated the pattern and made it into a qr code. I've tried myself to replicate it, but my attempt at the pattern looks more like slugs than leaves! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You could search through Tumblr if no luck take it to someone who will make it for you!

if you can find a decent picture of the pattern, you could try using this website and convert the image and then tweak it.
