Where should I put my house?

OK, so I finally find a decent town map with decent villagers but I dunno where to put my house.

First, what do you think of this map? And where should I put my house?

I hate beaches that are split up like that. If my town wasn't already established I would go back and get a straight beach with no breaks D:

I tend to place my house closer to re-tail

I would put it on the right side of town below the town hall

I put mine close to my Re-tail. It is similar to yours, only mine is at the bottom of the map instead of the top.
