Where is Gracie-Grace?

I have the T.I.Y and to get the emporium I would need to do 4 fashion checks with Gracie-Grace, problem is i've NEVER even seen her on this game.

No. You have to spend 100,000 and pass 4 fashion checks to upgrade. However, Gracie being in town is completely random and she starts appearing once you have T.I.Y. (You don't have to do anything besides have T.I.Y.)

When she does eventually show up, I recommend TTing to pass all her checks (forward 1, back 1- she's ALWAYS there on the date you encounter her, until you pass four), since she shows up so rarely.

I have Gracie Grace and I only spent 80k on T.I.Y. Because you have to visit her shop 4 times in a friends town.

i'm pretty sure it does. i just buy the white katana (around 36,000) from the catalog until i meet the requirements l-lol
