There is no need to brush your teeth. Hell, we don't even have teeth. I bet you never even noticed that you didn't have any until you started buying a toothbrush and toothpaste (because obviously it's all about the money and it's all a conspiracy), and now that you use those things your mind has entered into a denial stage where you want to believe everything you are told because if you don't the world will explode so therefore you now see an illusion in your mouth known as "teeth." Oh, and we can't forgot the tooth fairy and dentists. All feed off of your ignorant denial and take your money.

Coffee needs to become a psychologist (assuming psychologists aren't an illusion).

Because I want to trick people into thinking that the world around them is flawed and that their minds are controlling them and that everything is a conspiracy and that I'm an illusion and that everything around them is an illusion and that they're in denial, or perhaps that is also a conspiracy. Perhaps conspiracies are conspiracies created to create giant loop holes in your brain and give you headaches for hours. It's all a conspiracy.
