When do you tend to have the most luck catching sharks?

I know sharks appear from 4PM-9AM, but I want to know the peak of when they usually appear, one shark after another. An example is with the beetles on the island, they come from 7PM-9AM but their spawning peak is at 11PM.
Lately I've seen for me that the shark peak is around 5PM-7PM, during sundown. Is this the usual peak or is it different for everyone?

I think that sharks appear more at 7 pm. I remember going to the island to catch some beetles, and sharks seemed to have been more common at that hour. I wouldn't be surprised if they were mostly common during midnight.

For me, it's about 7pm. I'd find more sharks while trying to beetle hunt than I would the bugs. But by the time the beetles peaked around 11pm, I saw very few sharks.

I think late afternoons for me too.. Like 6 or 7 p.m.?
