i could be wrong, but i always thought the US shoe size indicated the length of the shoe in inches.

anyhow, i wear a size 12 or 13 in the USA, depending on the manufacture of the shoes. I'm tall (over 6 ft) and have long feet.

i'm like 162cm which is practically 5'4 and i wear a US size 6.5 or a 7. it'll depend on the shoe. i'd say this is pretty average because these sizes are always out lmao
