what's the worst injury you've ever gotten in your life so far?

I've never been injured before. But once when I was like 7 or something and I was playing with my friend outside on like a wet rainy night, I slipped and fell on the concrete and landed chin first so theres that

Anyway, worst time I ever got messed up was when I got 2nd degree sunburn all down my back and shoulders. I still have freckles there because my body freaked out and was like "WE NEED MELANIN HERE NOW"

I also had all the microfractures from my shin splints suddenly coalesce one day during cross country practice. That wasn't a fun week...

oh lordy
well, I broke my wrist when I was 8. I've sprained both ankles at the same time four different times. I've been on crutches roughly six times.

When I was five I also scraped the skin off the top of all my toes by dragging my feet on the sidewalk to stop my bike because I'm an idiot.

I've also had maybe 40 stitches.

Also one time during a Coastal Clean-Up day (which every time I participated in one I got injured somehow...) someone was asking for help dragging out an old refrigerator from a ditch and me and my friend went racing towards where it was and my shoe caught a big rock on the path and I body-slammed onto the ground. All I could feel was a tub of CarMex in my pocket that had hit into my upper thigh SUPER hard, I could feel it bruising immediately, I also had the air knocked out of me. One of the adults in the group rushed over to me and was asking if I was ok, and I said yeah my leg just hurt, and she asked if I was bleeding anywhere and right as I said no, but I was keeling over a bit trying to catch my breath and I looked down at my pants and saw a huge red splotch of blood pouring from my knee and I was like "wait, yeah I am bleeding!" and turned out a huge rock stabbed my really deep in my knee and my knee was pouring blood, it wasn't a huge wound but I should have probably gotten a stitch or two in it because of how deep it was, I still have a nice little scar on it.

The other time I went on Coastal Clean-Up my mom was supervising and I went to pick up something and tripped and sprained my ankle, having sprained my ankle a million and a half times I knew it was sprained, and my mom was like "no, you just want an excuse to stop because it's hot out" I was sobbing in pain and she made me continue to work the clean-up for several more hours, once we made our round and made it back to the meeting place for lunch I sat down and took off my shoe and sock and my ankle blew up like a balloon and turned purple in an instant and my mom felt SO bad.

lmao im like that tbh

I forgot about this, but when I was really little, my head fell near a fireplace we don't use. Concrete, ouch. Had to get stitches.

I'm not sure if this counts, but I stuck a nerd candy up my nose once, when I was even smaller.

I just wanted to also say that my favorite part about the title of this is that it says "so far." Does snoozit know something we don't? What horrendous and painful cataclysm do you see all great powerful seer?

oh yeah once i was going like 40 mph on my bike and then suddnely like the tire slipepd and tehen i was right next to this car and then i like got hurled right inti it and i got bruises adn creatches all over my knree and o got so mzd thzt o cried

i was making food with vegetable oil and the oil popped and burned me really bad
thats it really, i try to avoid any type of pain

I would say either the scar I have on my knee (which I got from cutting my knee deep on some metal bleachers, then like the next day afterwards, I scraped it on the cement after falling off my bike, and it formed a scar) or when I broke my arm, which I did by jumping on my bed, falling, and my arm landed at a wrong angle so it ended up being broken. My mom decided to use a pack of frozen chicken nuggets instead of an ice pack to keep it less painful and then she ended up taking me to the hospital. I ended up feeling so hopeless with a cast because of how much it itched underneath.

broke my right collarbone from falling off an exercise ball when i was like 8. went to the hospital and they said i wouldnt get an xray until 3 am, so we went home. the next day my dad and i go to the hospital and i get an x-ray and the doctors say thst nothing is broken (yeah, right.,,,) and that i should stay active for it to heal because they thought i had just gotten some bruising or w/e.,,

few months later my sister lets my mom know that i have a huge bump on my collarbone and we go to the hospital to get it checked out. turns out it had been broken and thst the doctors had x-rayed my arm instead of my collarbone and that i had been forced to keep playing hockey for over a month even thpugh i had been in So Much Pain :)

yea hthat wasnt a lot of fun. my collarbone still hurts when i run sometimes even though this happened around 7-8 years ago..

oh if sunburns count i got a pretty bad 2nd degree sunburn in august. i went to the fair from 11-3 and stupidly didn't wear any sunscreen whatsoever. my arms and neck and face got sunburned, but the spot that got hit the hardest was under my right eye, and my nose. by the next day, those two spots had blisters on them.
i was freaking out because school started in two weeks. thankfully it healed by then. but now my chances of skin cancer have doubled so yay !!!

I broke my left wrist by falling on it. I tried to put out my hands to catch myself and it twisted weird.

When someone wanted me to dance I dint want so she grab me by force I hold on..... I fracture my ankle when she grab me hard and I hit the floor one of my leg hot out fine of the chair but the other dint and also I nosebleed with a fracture ankle
For 2 months

bone-wise i've been pretty lucky. my sister shoved me hard when we were younger and i like flew forward and i guess my pinky toe slammed into the door frame rly hard?? so it broke, didn't hurt much tho.

some others;
dog bit me when i was younger (he was just playing but we ended up having to get rid of him ;n;)
did a cartwheel in the grass during 4th of july - there was a broken beer bottle, ow.
when i was like 3 i was spinning in circles (i think??) outside and fell into a wire fence
got too hype after watching America's Best Dance Crew and did like some weird cartwheel thing and sliced my ankle on s/t (idr what)
also funny story, when i was in 8th grade i was super lazy so to get out of running the mile i faked breaking my index finger. i'm double jointed so i guess it was believable enough to where my P.E. teacher like freaked out and sent me to the nurse then the nurse freaked out as well, gave me an ice pack and called my mom. my mom rushed to the school from work and took me to the hospital. i was in 2 deep so i kept my mouth shut and once we got inside the doctor looked at me funny and was like "..relax your finger" and i was like "i am ;n; (not wanting to get caught)" then finally did and he was like ??? u lyin. it was a v awkward ride home, my mom was pissed and i was beyond embarrassed.

tl;dr: faked a broken finger to get out of running, doctor caught me red-handed.

When I was just learning to walk I twisted my ankle and fell on my face. When I fell something happened so I broke my foot, and I was crying so hard omg. My dad was like: "nothings wrong, calm down" and my mom was like "SHE BROKE HER FOOT"

Another time I was 5 and it was the middle of the night and I woke up and went to my dresser (there was a stuffed animal on top and I wanted it so Iwas jumping up to the top and the dresser fell on me. Nothing serious happened but I had a big bruise on my head and I acted like nothing happened while my family was freaking out and my sister was in hysterics.

once in the middle of the night i tried going onto my neighbors roof from my roof but it was too high up so i tried getting this rope and try to latch on to one of the vents on the roof and then i tried swinging over but i faceplanted into the wall and then i was trying to climb up but the rope broke apart and i fell like from a height of 20 feet on this clay pot leg first and faceplanted on this wood thing then i couldnt walk for a couple days affter

oops doont jhudge i was still a beginner on my survival skills

Back in December, I was walking my dogs and I came across a lady walking her German Shepard. My dogs started growling, but they're tiny, so they didn't look like a threat.

Except the German Shepard did mind. That dog lunged at me, and bit my head and my hand. It was very bad and I had to go to the hospital. I still had to go to school, sadly. ;__;
