Got an emotional apology from someone over something quite awful they did a few years ago. It was actually very nice until I noticed that things were off & that I was dreaming, so I woke up angry about the whole thing. Thanks brain! I thought we'd already gotten over this.

Sorry to hear that. It's easier said then done, but don't let garbage like that live rent free in your head. They're not worth your time or respect. I say that from experience, because I had a friend that also did some very awful and questionable things and it I let them get into my head wracking around about it. But they're not worth my time or respect because they couldn't give me any. So I barely think about them anymore.

My mom had a stroke and she's in the hospital. Her face is drooped and her speech is slurred and I'm really worried. I might have to move back in with my parents to help my dad take care of her. She's always been the strong one of the family so seeing her so weak is hard.

A bit worried about my grandparents. My grandma has dementia and has almost completely lost all mobility, and my grandad isn't great on his feet but he can get around okay. But my grandad had a fall the other day, went to the doctor and the doctor suspected he'd had a minor heart attack. The following day he started having chest pains and called the ambulance. Now he's being monitored in hospital I've been watching their health deteriorate over the past couple years and it's just devastating to see

The Worst News just came. I just got my blood results back from the Doctor and they told me that my A1C was 8.2 and my fasting blood glucose was 190. So now I am confirmed to be diabetic. The truth is I was already diabetic last year when I was in the hopsital back in March 2022. I was doing well when I was seeing this one endocrinologist back in that same year and they decided that I was "cured" and they took me off insulin. I had the feeling in the back my mind something felt off about this. Then fast forward a year later all the problems I had last year are back again because the endocrinologist I had last year failed to keep a medical supervision on me and took me off insulin because they thought I was cured. The situation just got a lot more serious.

Eurovision odds predict Sweden's Loreen to win, and I really don't hope so. the song is average and the odds only sway her way because of her iconic Euphoria (dw I like Euphoria). I'm hoping for Finland to pull through with the odds

I mean I guess it wouldn't have been a big deal if the hose didn't have a leaky spot.
Ugh! I just hope a ton of water wasn't wasted. It probably was though.

That's why you should always set a timer if you have a weeping hose set up or something. I'm sure it won't be that bad if it was just one time. Just don't make a habit of it and you'll be good. No use crying of spilled milk.

I’ve noticed that since it’s starting to get much colder, my ankle really starts to ache due to the metal implant I have. Didn’t notice it last winter as I was already in a lot of pain recovering from surgery. I need to invest in some hardcore thermal socks lol

On this episode of Me Worrying About Things In The Far-future: I will have a wedding to go to where I will potentially be a bridesmaid. I just hope that the bridesmaid dresses will be suited for all body shapes. I'm quite a large person so I hope my best friend picks something suitable.

The last wedding I went to for one of my other best friends, she chose something that definitely wasn't suited for all body types (I.e. for smaller bodies). Luckily I did fit it, and I guess it wasn't too bad, but definitely something I wouldn't wear
