I can’t sleep because of the wind. I don’t know how people living in areas prone to hurricanes and tornados are able to put up with this noise every year.

so like 4 days ago something happened and I got a sharp pain in the back of my neck, and here I am a few days later, having hoped it would go away by now but instead it's not. luckily it doesn't seem to be getting worse but I'm having a hard time moving around bc of it, and especially driving bc it obv requires me to move/turn my head around. I have an appt with my doctor tomorrow afternoon (thankful he had an opening tomorrow) so hopefully I can get treated bc I'm really tired of dealing w this pain

my anxiety is so bad right now, and idk if I can take another anxiety med yet bc I don't think it's been that long since I last took it. I was gonna record tonight so maybe I could just play vanilla SM64 for a while ans hopefully ease my anxiety.

My art teacher keeps talking about how a lot of stuff is talent instead of work when I ask for help and it derives me crazy. I know that’s wrong. And I can’t find proper art education here I can afford etc

Reminds me how the teachers at my school used to be like this whenever I ask help they say "asking for help is a sign of weakness". Sorry to hear you are going through this. The education system is in worse shape over the years even after the pandemic.

Yes, stupidity is at an all-time high because people don't consider and do things that are actually important. lol

Anyway, what's bothering me is that the Stars lost 4-3 yesterday to the Blackhawks... they were leading 3-0 into the second period and then just LET the other team tie the game and eventually win. So so so so so STUPID!!! That's their fifth loss in a row. It's especially stupid how they keep losing these nationally televised games, because myself and others can't watch the non-nationally televised ones.

And I also got little sleep last night.

You sound like you have what my mom gifted to me and my dad! It's a BRUTAL cold/flu that, just when your cough stops and you are feeling better, it RAMPS UP!!! Just try to take it easy and play your Switch on the couch with a big ole' bucket of water!

Ugh thats so awful ): my teacher is good about questions when i dont get the talent / just trace kinda reply, like i learned a bunch about watercolor and theres no shame asking… but why would a teacher be like that other than exhaustion, asking questions and communication between teachers/students makes it so much better when it actually happens… well i found another art club, im still going to the same one regardless, because its five minutes away and i like being there and the start to networking im getting here but i do hope that other club is a bit different/more what i was wanting, or can point me again in the right direction. If im good enough i can get my art displayed in the foyer of this one place though, and i have a very ambitious idea but i think i have to tone it down to get in this term and leave that for when i feel i can do it lol.
