What were your starting villagers?

I remember a thread like this years ago, but I haven't seen it in a while, so I thought I'd ask.
I'm curious.
What was everyone's starting five villagers?
Did you keep any of them?


I'll go first.

In PPUVilla, I didn't understand the concept of map resetting as a new AC player at the time, so I simply chose one of the first sets of options Rover gave me.

I started with Pekoe, Vic, Marcel, Agent S, and Poncho.

I was super excited to get Pekoe because I had looked over the list of villagers the night before getting the game and decided she was my favorite.
I was upset by Vic and Marcel at first, but eventually warmed up to the latter.

Marcel is a real sweetie and he and Pekoe kept sending each other gifts. It became my head canon that they were a couple and he and Pekoe are the only two starters that still live in that town.


In Amestris I learned about map/ villager resetting and spent over an hour getting the town.

The starters for the town I ended up with were Margie, Bubbles, Lucky, Naomi, and Rowan.

I love elephants, so Margie is still there, and Rowan, surprisingly.
He's not my favorite, but I still like having him. Every time he asks to move I just can't let him go. XD



Finally, in my newest town, Kuro, I purposefully reset to get a map with a river that wasn't completely horizontal.

The starters I got were Papi, Avery, Bella, Kitty, and Caroline.

None of them live in Kuro anymore, as I had some villagers I wanted to move in by amiibo card.

I started with Tipper, Frobert, Flora, Derwin and Goldie as soon as I bought New Leaf on launch day!

Everyone that I've started with has since moved out. I'd have loved to keep Goldie, but unfortunately she unexpectedly moved out during one of my many breaks. Frobert and Tipper are good as well, but I'm not as upset that they've moved.

In my town of Polaris I had Filbert, Francine, Groucho, Jitters, and Pate. Only Groucho and Filbert are left and they most likely are both staying. Jitters and Pate were around for about a year before I let them go. I think Francine was my first move out. Unpopular opinion but she creeps me out.

idk if i remember everyone but i started with Broffina, Rooney, Hugh, Bam and Cheri (i think??), none of them still live in my town, but i do have Kyle, who was the first to ever move in to my town, and he still lives here! ill never let him leave >:3

Main town 2013 starters were Big Top, Yuka, Tutu, Lolly and Teddy.
They are still there.

I have other towns that I can meet new villagers.

Oh, geez.. I can't remember my starting villagers from release. I only remember the one, being Skye. The others are completely lost to me.

Granted I am currently in the process of starting a new town.. so I may have to post again, even though none of them are going to stay.. unless they happen to be a villager in my signature below.

In my current town I start with Wendy, Curt, Kody, Midge, and Portia. I've never had those villagers, so getting them as starters was refreshing.

My starting villagers were Coach, Nana, Tammi, Hugh and Mint. Hugh and Mint are still with me and I consider them permanent villagers. I let the others move out.

In my one and only town Pawville I started with Blanche, Axel, Clay, Agent S, and Clay. Four years later I still have Avery and Clay, and my boyfriend who just happened to start with Kid Cat took Agent S.

Flurry, Snake, Pecan, Ricky, and Cookie. All have left except for Snake, who has been in my town for several years now. He sadly has to move at some point though, because his house placement is not exactly where I’d want a house to be. Peck will be taking his spot in town but Snake will forever live on with the Margie from my City Folk town (she’s still there) as my longest lasting original residents.

Ahhh! Finally, after like literally a week of trying to find my close to ideal town map, I finally found it! It's not perfect, but IT WILL DO LOL.

My starting villagers are Static, Cookie, Pecan, Mott and Moe. While not of them are staying, I'm looking forward to talking to them as my last town on ACNL grows.

My first villagers were Broffina, Groucho, Papi, Gabi and Marcie. I've kept all of them and don't plan to let any move out.
In fact, I haven't moved anyone out since I started my town in February, because I always feel bad and change my mind in the last minute.

My starters were Aurora, Yuka, Harry, Gabi, and Rory. Aurora was the only one that I liked, so I kept her around and I still have her in my town today. I got rid of the others as soon as I could.
