What was your first town, ever, like? Seeing as this only really applies if you reset your town, what do you like about your current town?

My first town was a mess lol, I had the most awful town map (with a river going diagonally), had dirt paths everywhere ugh and I had Rosie as a villager, who I hated at the time and I really can't understand why (now, I think she's adorable)

My original ACNL town I still have lol. I've had Ophylix since launch and I'm really proud of how it's turned out. (DA in sig if anyone wants to visit) I actually still have my original GC town as well though. I don't play it often so it's overrun by weeds atm, but I still have it XD

My first town wasn't bad, but I started to dislike things after more than a year of playing. I didn't like my blue train station or the green town hall. (The green exterior looks nice, but I didn't like the green wood inside of the building.) I had a small strip of land up top that began to bother me... And I kept my villagers for such a long time that I couldn't force myself to let anyone leave, even though none of them were my dreamies. So I finally just decided to start over. I got everything I wanted (after looking at tons of maps, of course) in Pripyat. I had several requirements and if one thing wasn't correct, I'd keep restarting until I found my perfect town. Also, to keep from getting bored this time, I only let my most favorite villagers live here permanently. Everyone else will have to move, so I can keep making new friends.

I still have my old town but like, I didn't play much at first because I wasn't able to play with my friend due to bad internet and all the errors we got :^( but then we switched modems and did a bit of tweaking and now I play it nonstop. Least to say my town was a mess when I came back to it, and some of my favorite villagers left (rip Olivia and Katt) but I gained new cute villagers (Marshal, Francine) and I'm slowly making my way up to perfect town status :'^)

It was terrible....and I lost Francine when I time travel :(
The town still exist in a dream and you can see where I sat a PWP ( that wasn't done yet) in the spot where that Francine use to live at.

My first town had a pretty nice layout, but it was poorly executed because I wasn't really planning on having a long term goal for the town. I eventually restarted because I got bored of it. :P Now I have Orchard and Canvas. I plan on making Canvas a blindingly colorful town, (Oh God! Rainbows everywhere!) and Orchard will kind of just get pieced together over time and I'll see how it turns out.

All I can remember about my very first AC town was that it was on Wild World, was called Rosevile, had pears as the town fruit and Nibbles, Blaire and Mallory were some of my starting villagers.

As for my first ACNL town, it was called Rosewood (as a throwback to my original town) and I had Lucy, Harry and Cobb as starting villagers and my town hall was above my plaza as that was my only map requirement. I ended up deleting it because I wasn't happy with the overall layout.

My first town, Petoria, was a thing of beauty. After looking through pretty much every villager, I realised that I had 3 out 5 of my favorite villagers in my town without knowing it (Harry, Yuka, Anabelle, Marshal and Rosie)

My first town was very wild and natural lots of peach, saplings and cedar trees in random spots and it seemed peaceful. I've only ever started one saved game on all of my animal crossing games like the city folk, but the wild world one I restarted a couple of times for dumb reasons lol. I regretted it, it was such a good town gahh. The current town I have on new leaf seems kind of quirky, I need more public work projects to fill up some space..!!

My first town was pretty decent. Good town map and all, was very organized, with paths and great PWPs, but I messed up the campsite's and my house's location, and it bothered me enough to decide I wanted to reset.

It was more town-like than my actual town, that has no paths, but both carry the same simple and natural feeling. A lot of the same villagers. When I finally resetted, I had just finished the 16(?) villager cycle to get Erik again, haha.

Because it's my first try in Animal Crossing my first town was so darn memorable.
My first villagers were Doc, Peggy, Tank, Mint, and Cesar. Canberra, Gladys, Lionel, and Roald moved in. My 10th villager was Rhonda, who went from 2 towns before settling to mine. I got pears as the native fruit, two ponds, triangle grass pattern, and both train station and city hall are bluish-colored. I had rose fields in the east, tulip fields in the west (where Rhonda and Mint lived nearby), and a lot of pansies in the northern part. Doc's place is full of yellow cosmos. When Willow and Rolf moved in, they planted a lot of roses in their place, and blocked my wind turbine seriously, what the heck is wrong with you two I know you are great friends and such but please don't make too much mess in my town. Phoebe got her own field of red cosmos, and she only lived beside Willow and blocks the bridge I made. By August, my town was filled with TONS of flowers. I can't complain, because there were a lot of hybrids and nobody moves in screwing up my flower fields. Eventually, I filled Willow's place with pink, purple, and white roses, but Rolf is a butt that still plants red roses all over her place. Poor Rosie, she lives next to Rolf, Phoebe, and Willow. She was struggling to keep herself at peace in the flower war. So much flowers. No room for weeds, yet I never gotten a Jacob's ladder. Oh, I also had this bench in front of Brewster where nobody sits in.

Canberra first moved in. She plotted her house beside me. When she moved out, I felt lonely because nobody lives near my place anymore until Tia moves in to the same place Canberra used to live. Tia and Rhonda are really good friends, Willow and Mint were always the one invited to a party, Rolf and Willow attended each other's birthday parties, Roald keeps on giving me his picture and Rococo furniture, and Doc was such an adorkable rabbit that became my mayor's best friend. Peggy first moved out because I annoyed the heck out of her. Just kidding, I find her forgettable but she's not that bad. And there's this one moment where I made a wish on a shooting star with a thought that Cesar should leave, then Cesar immediately pinged me and told me that he's finally leaving.

Mine was a complete wreck. I didn't know you couldn't change the name of your town so I named mine something stupid, "rad". Restarting was the best decision I ever made in animal crossing.

I'm ashamed!!! It was so long ago and so many towns ago that I don't even remember. I don't think I even remember the name :<

You can still visit it at 5200-4336-3651 :) I had no idea what I was doing XD I ended up with a random eye shape, and the only reason that dream address exists is because I didn't know how the dream suite worked- I thought your dream town was a sandbox where you could plan out and design the perfect town, then slowly work towards making your real town look like that XD Then Luna told me the dream address was ready, and I was like what... XP I had that town for 3 months before my little sister deleted it- now I'm on my second town :3

It was average. When I first got NL on christmas 2 years ago, I didn't know you could choose different maps. So.. I just took whatever was the first to show up on my screen lol.I reset. Had a kind friend hold my items and villagers. Never regretted it since then.

My original town was sooo bad. It was peaches, and the retail was like allll the way in the bottom left, and then my city hall was was just smack dab in the middle of things. The bridges were very awkwardly put, and the river was shaped very oddly. The plaza was too close to one of the beaches and looked awful. I'm pretty happy with my town now though, wish I could meme-theme it. One day. One day..

my first town was technically my brother's, but we only had one copy of acnl at the time so we just shared. from what i remember, we were acnl noobs back then so we didnt know about hybrids, paths etc..just random flowers everywhere and nothing was really clean. i do remember that our villagers were ugly asf
