Or you could give his picture away to someone. I get that you hate him, but I'm sure there is someone who is collecting villager pics or who really likes him and hasn't gotten him yet. It's your game so you can do whatever you want, but it's something to think about.


As for me, I haven't gotten any of my villager's pics, but it's only been two weeks, so no big surprise there. The only villager pic I've ever gotten was Soleil from my very first town, and that was after about a month. After that, I got stuck in a town resetting rut (darn perfectionism!) until I finally forced myself out of it.



I don't know if it makes it more likely for a villager to give their pic, but when they ask for favors, go above and beyond what they ask for. They want an ocean fish? Give them a shark. Want a fruit? Give them a perfect fruit. Want new furniture? Give them something that is their favorite style and color (Thonky has a good guide for what to give villagers for their birthday). Also, write letters and attach gifts. I've read something about what villagers like and don't like to read, but I can't remember where.

Yeah, I got a bunch of perfect apples from a friend so whenever they want a fruit I give them a rare perfect fruit, but ill just have to contuie trying

Not a single villager. I hear you can get villager pictures from villagers as they're moving out if you had a good relationship with them, but it's so hard to let your favorites go ;~;
