what season does your island look best in?

Definitely summer. I've been stuck in the fall-winter months too long, so finally being in summer is so nice. I want my hibiscus bushes to bloom.

My island also has a jungle and definitely looks better in summer. I was looking back at some older screenshots and was blown away by how different it looked (and how it suited the deep green much more haha)

Maybe spring or summer, because how vibrant the leaves and grass! I like the colour of leaves at fall but the grass, ehh..

I suppose spring/summer just because that's when I decorated my island and I haven't really adapted it with the seasons, so now we're in winter a tiki bar just looks a bit out of place haha. also I just love the vibrancy of the summer grass, looking back on pictures now makes me miss it </3 (although I do think the snow is adorable)

Oh, this is a tricky question. I absolutely adore fall but I wasn't a huge fan of how it looked in the game at the start of it. Once we had the maple leaves falling and I got the Mush DIYs it was really cute! I loved how the little mushroom lamps looked. I also really enjoyed Halloween and giving all my villagers jack-o-lanterns to go outside their houses so that was cute! Fall might have some of my favourite decorations but I wasn't super in love with how the colours they gave to the ground & trees. Plus the Able Sister's didn't sell like ... any fall clothes lol.

I adore winter at the moment but I think once I put all my Christmas decorations away it might lose some of it's charm. I have a bunch of illuminated furniture & festive trees around to give off some extra light and I like how the shops look with the Christmas lights out! January will probably make or break the season for me, once I get around to putting away the decorations, though.

Spring was my favourite, I think. I wish we'd gotten more cherry blossom DIYs (to be fair I didn't find them all so I might be missing some good ones) because I love having seasonal arches and something glowy to put outside villager homes. I've used jack o lanterns, the little bounty trees, and now festive ones. In the summer I usually use the lanterns but I would've loved for there to be something smaller specially made for cherry blossom season.

I loved all the colours in the spring time though, especially when the trees were pink! I thought it was so pretty. I hope this spring is a bit better for not overlapping with Bunny Day but we'll see!

That’s a really tough call because I kind of like the way it looks in all seasons. But I guess I would have to say winter. Even though it is a little strange that flowers are arriving in the deep of winter with all the snow on the ground, I love the white color it because it really makes all of the colors pop beautifully.

Originally it was a pretty severe adjustment for my island to adjust to fall due to how tropical I made it look. However, after replacing all of the bushes and the flower color scheme as well as replacing my "tropical tiki bar" with a pumpkin patch, it looks really really good in the fall I have to say. I haven't gotten to play thru December yet so I'm not sure about winter but I'm making the same adjustments when it hits so it will look good in winter as well I hope. At first I was worried about some seasons just looking super ugly but honestly, if you put in the work (in my case at least, with a seasonally neutral theme for the most part) then I think that it is possible to adjust each time and make it look pretty year-round. I am so relieved with that haha. I'm so excited to see how it looks with Christmas decor now! And I'm equally excited for next year's spring after that!

i originally made my island look good for springtime because i like the sakura trees, but then i got to autumn and fell in love with the colors so then i themed it around that!!!

now its all a mess because i just keep rethemeing it to fit with the time

I thought fall at first because most of my flower colors are orange and yellow, but looking back at some pictures from summer, I think the flower's popped more against the bright green grass. Winter is nice too though, although my sunny flowers seem a little off sometimes

My island looks great all year round. Summer really brings out the high class resort feel of my island. However, I really like the winter decorations and they are really pretty with the snow so I may keep my island in snowy winter until I get tired of it.
