I was thinking about what personality types my own pets would be, and I was wondering if anyone else thought about this. So, the question is, if your IRL pet was an AC villager, what personality type would they be? For my cat, she'd definitely be a snooty. My guinea pig is harder to tell because none of the male personality types really fit him, but I guess he'd be a lazy.

Tiuku would be a normal since she's kind but also kind of shy and nervous sometimes. She's polite, mild-mannered and a sweetheart. She's a happy cat but not quite as energetic as the peppy personality.

Alma would very likely be a cranky even though she's a female cat. She seems pretty rude and might bite or claw at times, but when you get to know her better you'll also start to understand her better. She's actually quite lovely when you know her, she's just kind of rash and not as social.

My rabbits: Reed is a lazy, Thistle is a (male) snooty. Thistle starts fights with Reed but doesn't feel like a cranky to me. He's incredibly smol, lopeared and doe eyed so his meanness gives a vain impression.

My Pomeranian: Our family has always imagined Koga as talking like the lazy villagers, but he's so territorial, fast and loud I can see him as jock too.

akki's a dusty orange maine coon mix, and he'd be a jock or a cranky for sure. he _loves_ to play, like a dog (probably because he grew up as a baby around one). he could also be a cranky because he is very standoffish / nervous around new people until he gets to know them.

My cat would probably be Lazy or Jock, which is kind of weird since these are almost opposites, but I think both would fit depending on the time.

I don't have pets anymore, but I do have a fish that gets super excited whenever he sees me. He's like a little puppy. As soon as I come next to the tank they're swimming and puffing so energetically. (He thinks he's going to get food. Like if I put my finger to the glass and move it, they'll follow it all excited like)

So maybe Peppy/lazy?

Luxor (cat) would be a smug. He has lazy traits too but he's totally full of himself, not to mention super polite. Shella (cat) is easily a snooty. My dog Cocoa is a little harder to pin down. I'm torn between peppy and normal. She used to be very hyper active as a puppy but mellowed out with age and is pretty nervous all the time.

My dog Princess would probably be peppy or cranky? She's super active but very snappy at strangers.
Medusa, the snek, would be normal. She's precious and loves to curl up under the heat lamp.
The mice Harley and Ivy would both be snooty, they're little queens.
My cats are like....all??
And Bubba the bearded dragon is definitely smug. That little smirk.

It's been a loooong time since I had a pet. Does fish count? I used to have goldfishes so peppy maybe? They move around a lot and seem to socialize with my other fishies. :)

My dog, Hollie, would be a snooty: kinda snobbish at times but okay once you know her. My other dog, Roxie, would be a lazy crossed with a peppy: kinda dosile, but also loves attentions and a bit full of herself xD

oooh i've never thought of what personality my pet would be. i have a dog, a small one. he would probably be hmm...peppy, lazy and grumpy.

Bill (boxer pup) would definitely be jock as he's full of energy always running around but he has traits of the lazy personality as well as he's always after food.

Ben (Bill's brother) would be the opposite, lazy with jock traits. Loves to nap and food but also loves to run about with Ben.

My dog would be either a smug or a lazy. He was a stupid, sleepy, food-loving lab who thought everyone loved him (even though other dogs hated him). The only time I ever saw him do something clever was when he learned how to push a door open and lift a lid with his nose. And even that took him nearly 10 years to learn! :p

My border collie pup would probably be a Peppy villager. She's got a lot of energy; she's the sort of dog that jumps all over our friends when they come to visit and tries to eat their hair. I imagine her as bubbly and enthusiastic.

My cat Pickles would probably be normal because she isn't super energetic, but she is super sweet. My other cat Henry would probably be a jock/ peppy combo because he gets really hyper and sweet, but also acts like the boss of the other cats, and eats all the food ;u;

Okay, let's see:
Hayate our black cat would be a smug (even though she's a girl, lol)
Delilah our grey cat would be a snooty
Hansel and Gretel (our twin cats): Hansel would be a lazy, Gretel would be an uchi.
Fanny our black and white cat would absolutely be an uchi.
Hazel our muted calico cat would be a peppy.
Mickey our Basset Hound would be a peppy.
Jiita our green cheeked amazon parrot would be a cranky.
Seto our little blue budgie would be a lazy.

Wow, sweeties or jocks! It was so fun to think about this! Thank you for the post :)
