What is your favorite Easter Egg from this year's Egg Hunt?

I thought it would be fun to see what everyone's favorite Easter Egg collectible was this year. Mine was the Ladybug Easter Egg. I think it looks so cute! My second favorite is the Spring Bloom Egg and then third is the Fossil Egg.

I'd say the Ladybug egg is my favorite. Although I didn't care enough about it to hold onto one myself, I still like its design.

My favorite is the Paradise Planning Easter Egg! I love the elegant design and rich color scheme. ^^ As for second favorites, while I traded mine because I wasn't sure I'd use it myself, I also think the Spring Bloom Easter Egg is really beautiful. I love seeing it in people's lineups!

The spring bloom egg is my favourite from this year! Green is my favourite colour and I feel like we don't get nearly enough nice green collectibles. The ladybug egg and junimo egg would probably be my second and third favourites.

It’s a hard draw for me between lettuce egg and jumino egg! Both are so cute and pretty. I will say lettuce egg is definitely more magical and fancy looking. Both are adorable though

ah man, this is honestly a super hard question to answer as they’re all equally amazing! @Mistreil and @Laudine did such stunning jobs with them. however, if i had to choose a favourite, it’d probably be a tie between the lettuce spring bloom and junimo eggs! the spring bloom egg is absolutely gorgeous, and i love the green gradient and the sparkles on the side. plus, the fact that it looks like a head of lettuce/cabbage to me and so many others is hilarious lmao. as for the junimo egg, i actually had no idea what a junimo was when i first saw it as i’ve never played stardew valley before, but it’s so precious! looking at it never fails to put a smile on my face. :’) and yes, i’m lowkey biased since @Laudine is my favourite artist on staff LOL — her collectibles are always out of this world imo.

of course, i’m also obsessed with the fossil, ladybug and paradise planning eggs! i love how shiny the ladybug egg is, and the warm colours of the paradise planning egg and how elegant it looks is just *chefs kiss*. i had no idea what sort of egg designs to expect this year, but they all blew me away! though, i admittedly wasn’t as huge a fan of the splat egg as i was the others at first, but its grown on me a lot! i especially love when it’s paired with star fragment, game (ex. invader) and wand collectibles! i hope to own one myself one day so that i can have the complete 2022 egg hunt set.

I think they are all gorgeous . My personal favorites are the fossil egg & the Paradise Egg. After those two, I like the Spring, Splat egg, and Junimo egg pretty close.

I love the warm colors of the paradise egg and liking how the unanalyzed fossils looked in animal crossing, I really like the design of the fossil egg (I like the color too!). Paired together, they give me a small hint of historical nostalgia or something that makes me think of history as a theme (I love history; in the past I kinda wanted the halloween scroll collectible because it gave me similar vibes and its appearance).

The spring bloom egg gives me some spring cheer looking at it and is really uplifting to the mood (or at least it is for me right now). The splat egg to me seems really fun. I haven’t played Stardew Valley, so I am not familiar with the Junimo, but I think it is really adorable and has a nice color . The ladybug egg is really cute too (I have an aversion the the bug and any kind of bugs but I do like the egg design regardless ; it’s just not my favorite of all of the new eggs).

The Spring Bloom Egg is my favorite considering spring is my favorite season. I didn't try to obtain one, however.

When it comes to the Easter Egg collectibles, I greatly prefer them to be more simplistic, generally without extraneous bits that you find on stuff like the Dreamy/Nightmare/Spring Bloom sorts of eggs (though there are exceptions; I accept the Red Pikmin and Blue Junimo having their leaves since it's part of their character designs, and the Flick Halloweaster Egg is kind of neat both because Flick has those spikes and tail and because it sort of doubles as evoking a demonic sort of look that fits the Halloweaster vibe). I prefer that the eggs look like something you could make in real life.

Though I don't play Splatoon and have no attachment to the series, #1 for me from this year's batch is definitely the Splat Easter Egg. I love the way it looks. It's got that sort of Easter egg aesthetic I crave and the pink and green on the black base is really satisfying to look at.

#2 is probably the Ladybug Easter Egg. Shiny, colorful, pleasant to look at, and for lineup purposes it can serve as both an Easter egg and, well, a ladybug. Simple but multifaceted. Really cool.

#3 is probably the Blue Junimo Easter Egg. A friend and I sometimes play Stardew Valley, so I feel some draw to it. It also pairs well with a Red Pikmin Egg, in my opinion.

#4 is Fossil Easter Egg due to that rich blue.

#5 is Paradise Easter Egg. I really like the intricate little pattern on it, but the color isn't really my thing.

Finally, #6 is the Spring Bloom Easter Egg. It's very good, I love it in some aspects, but it goes back to my personal tastes and not being too keen on extra bits and bobs. Well, "extra." I feel the flowers on the Spring Bloom work way better than the crescent moon on the Nightmare Egg, the stars on the Dreamy Egg, or the clouds on the Moonlight Halloweaster Egg both conceptually and visually, but I just don't like stuff to be off of the surface of the egg. If the flowers were just a little bit smaller, a teensy bit to the left of their current positions and thus appeared more painted on, it'd instantly go up to like #2 or #3 for me. But hey, personal preferences, can't please everybody. I'm glad others can enjoy these types of eggs.

Junimo Egg #1, I love Stardew Valley and I'm so stoked that there's a SV collectible on here now.
Fossil Egg #2, Always wanted a fossil collectible!
Ladybug #3, I love the colors and aesthetic of it. Need to buy myself a second one.

- Paradise Planning Egg is beautiful but I don't have much use for brown collectibles.
- Spring Bloom is beautifully spooky - I feel like if it were real it could eat a person alive with it's vines??? But I wanted the other eggies more
- Splat egg is fun and urban-feeling but I've never played Splatoon and I'm not too interested in the game honestly

I have the Spring Bloom and Splat Egg, but not the Paradise Planning Egg. I do want it, however.

I never thought I'd get both the eggs I wanted, as I usually end up with at least 12-17 eggs each year. But since last and this year I came out with a whole bunch more that I was able to collect the eggs I wanted.

Another thing is that, I'm not too much in an interest in the Splatoon series, but I very much so wanted it anyway.
Also, hot take. I don't really like the Junimo Egg very much, am I the only one who thinks that? (I'm not saying I hate it)

Yeah, I don’t really like it either. Not only have I not played Stardew Valley, but I had no idea who or what a Junimo is. I think it’s difficult to like something if you’re unsure of the meaning behind it. It does, however, look like it would pair well with that Pikman Egg.

The Spring Bloom Easter Egg is by far my favorite, although the Blue Junimo is very cute. I had to collect all 6 new collectibles this year, so that was quite a task lmao

I love the lettuce egg and junimo egg a lot, the former became one of my favorites when I learned that it matches beautifully with the fresh feather

I also really like the splat egg because the color scheme is super cool, might try to get that one later.
