I am restarting my second town. But its been such a long time since I have started a town, I have forgotten... What exactly do I need to do to get the villagers to move out and new ones to move in?
For example, do I have to do the stupid approval ratings thing again? Do i have to unlock the island? Pay off my house?
Its just a bare bones town, not even going to have a campsite, just cycle a bit, hold my extra crap, etc. Some insight from someone who recently reestarted would be greatly appreciated.
