What is a Kitchen island worth?

Hey people!

So i went to the island today and they had Kitchen Islands!
I bought five because i have never seen them before,
and i played since release so i thought they were quite rare but, are they?
I am not sure of it and so i decided to ask you all!

Is the Kitchen Island rare or is it not?
