What happens if something goes out of stock?

I really want another Purple Bat Potion for my lineup but they're selling out quickly. Will you not be able to buy them anymore or will they just become more expensive? Also would they come back to stock before the event ends?

I believe they said they will do at least one restock of the collectibles, so I think you will be able to get another. If I'm wrong, please someone correct me though. o:

if it goes out of stock, it's just out of stock unless the staff decide to stock more
