What happened to Nebudelic?

So I was there for the beginning of the, erm, incident but then I had to go for a bit. Now the thread is gone, as is Nebudelic's profile. The last thing I saw posted was him saying his Skype username. Also, are the bells he gave me going to be confiscated?

Other than the fact that they are suspended which is public information by viewing their profile, the details are private between the user and the staff. I can't see any reason to confiscate your bells, that's their choice to make if they wanted to do that.
