As per the title, what games did you complete this year?

I completed six games in 2025:

Key:🏆 = 100% Completion | 📖 = Story Only.
🏆 Clicker Heroes (PS4)
I find idle clicker games so satisfying. I've played this game across multiple platforms, but this is the only time I've managed to obtain the reach zone 3000 achievement.

🏆 Adventure Capitalist (PS4)
Much like Clicker Heroes, just a super satisfying idle clicker game.

🏆 Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time (PS5)
My personal game of the year, I absolutely loved this game and it's the one I sunk most of my time into. The highlight of the game for me was exploring Ginomorsia. I'm so psyched for the upcoming DLC.

📖 No, I'm Not A Human (PC)
My runner-up for GOTY. An amazing survival horror game. I've yet to unlock all of the achievements but I have all endings except for the new one added in the Usual Suspects update a couple of days ago.

🏆 Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town (PS5)
I skipped this game at launch due to bad reviews, but I ended up getting completely sucked into it. It's no FoMT or AWL but it was still fun!

📖 Pokémon Scarlet (Switch)
I struggled to get into this game when it first came out, but with the Switch 2 upgrade I found it more playable. It's not my favourite Pokémon game of all time but I did enjoy the open world and that there was more to the story besides gym battles. I loved the final storyline. I usually go after Pokédex completion but not sure I can see myself doing that with this game.

The only game I can think of that I truly, fully completed this year is...... Mario Picross for Gameboy! Never had heard of it before, and ended up really enjoying it. It's a pretty simple logic/puzzle game, but got a little challenging towards the end.

Played a bunch of other games but I think that's the only one I completed 100%

Hamtaro Ham-Ham’s Unite
Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box
Professor Layton and the Unwound Future

I thought I didn’t finish any games this year, but I believe I actually finished these three at the beginning of the year!
I would love to play more games in 2025, and am planning on building a PC to do so.

On the Switch I beat Pokémon Legends ZA and completed the dex available at release. Very fun game.

Now on to my Steam list... 🏆for 100% and 🎮 for campaign beat I guess.

🏆 Balatro
🎮 Saints Row The Third
🎮 Saints Row IV
🎮 Saints Row (2022)
🏆 The Nonary Games
🏆 Yes, Your Grace
🎮 Watch_Dogs
🎮 Persona 4 Golden
🎮 Song of Farca
🏆 TimeLoop
🏆 Marie's room
🎮 Fantasy Life i
🏆 The Suicide of Rachel Foster
🏆 The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles
🏆 Behind the Frame
🎮 Borderlands 0.5 - 3
🏆 Tales from the Borderlands
🎮 Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
🏆 CardHog
🏆 missed messages
🏆 The Painscreek Killings
🏆 Fall of Porcupine
🏆 Minami Lane
🏆 Ghost Trick Phantom Detective
🏆 Eventide: Slavic Fable
🏆 Alfred Hitchcock - Vertigo
🏆 Firewatch
🏆 Zero Time Dilemma

The last game I will complete is Persona 5 Royal. Currently also playing Stranded Sails which is a meh Stardew Valley clone.

Edit: I'm actually unsure if 6 days is enough time to finish the final palace of P5R, why is this game so long...

The HD-2D remakes of Dragon Quest I, II, and III.

I will never play DQII ever again. They killed off my main man and it's too heartbreaking to play another run.

Completed the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster. All 6 games are done. Finished FF9 as well, but that was a boring game. I noticed how the later FF games turn into a walk and talk movie simulator.

I ended up beating 26 games this year! I had set out to beat at least 20 games this year, so it was nice to beat that mark by a fair margin.

Legend: ⭐ = 100%, ✅ = beat but didn't 100%, 🔁 = repeat (something I've beat before - includes playing the original version of ports/remakes)
  • The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe (PS5) ⭐
  • Mario vs. Donkey Kong (Switch) ⭐
  • My Nintendo Picross: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (3DS) ⭐
  • Astro Bot (PS5) ⭐

  • Mario Party 3 (Switch 2 via NSO) ✅

  • to a T (PS5) ⭐

Definitely quite a few 100%s in there! I 100%ed roughly three quarters of the games I beat this year, with Mario Kart World being one where I've slowly worked towards 100% completion as well but haven't quite gotten there yet. While 14 of the 26 games I beat were games I had on my backlog to start the year, I still have a fairly healthy backlog of games to get through, so it'd be nice to beat a similar number of games next year as well.

in 2025 I completed:
Life is Strange
Life is Strange: Before the Storm
Life is Strange 2
Life is Strange: True Colors plus DLC

I just started Life is Strange Double Exposure so I won't finish it till sometime early 2026. I love these games so much

i 100% completed 13 games in 2025:
turnip boy commits tax evasion (PS4)
death's door (PS5)
oneshot: world machine edition (PS4)
lost records: bloom & rage (PS5)
toem (PS5)
the stanley parable: ultra deluxe edition (PS5)

Although most games I play never really seem to end, I still finished some. I decided to only list any games that took some time and effort, and left out a few that were particularly short and easy. Most of these were PC games, but there were also a couple of Switch games.

Zero Escape - The Nonary Games
Live A Live
Once Upon A Katamari

ENA Dream BBQ
Flower
Thrasher

I finished 72 games last year despite working a part time job and reading 126 books in the same time span. The reason being the majority of them were under 20 hours. I obviously won't list all 72 games here, but I will mention the longer games:

- Diablo 3: Eternal Collection
- Lunacid
- Omori
- Forza Horizon 5
- Ys IX
- Style Savvy Trendsetters
- Muse Dash
- Stardew Valley (for the third time)
- Tokyo Mirage Sessions FE
- Atelier Lulua
- Atelier Sophie
- Persona 3: Reload
- Trails Into Reverie
- To Heart

I played some absolutely terrible games last year, but I was introduced to many wonderful games too. While I've already finished four games I started last year, I don't expect this year or future years to be as productive since I plan to focus more on longer titles and I'll be busy with trade school/moving. I think it'll be a positive though since it'll make me appreciate the games I will make the time to play.

17 games completed for me:
  • The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria
  • Escape Academy
  • Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice
  • Dead Island 2
  • Tiny Tina's Wonderland
  • The Operator
  • Murder by Numbers
  • Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis
  • Strange Horticulture
  • Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper
  • Call of the Sea
  • Doors: Paradox
  • The Testament of Sherlock Holmes
  • Unsolved Case
  • Unboxing the Cryptic Killer
  • Parallel Experiment
  • Nightingale
I spent a LOT of time on Stardew Valley this year so I'm impressed I played this many other games as well. I mostly focus on achievements only on Steam and not other platforms so the only game that achieved 100% was Parallel Experiment.

This hurts me but I also don't wanna have to replay most of the game to get what I missed

Honestly I didn't complete a lot, and the ones I did were almost all DS games since I found my old console sometime in the summer. There's a few more than this but I can't remember them off-hand, I'll probably add them on later (edit: added)

The games I finished on DS in 2025 are:
>Professor Layton and the Curious Village - my favourite game in the professor layton series (of the ones I've played obviously). I really enjoyed it, it was very satisfying to complete. Storyline was good
>Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box/Pandora's Box - also really fun. Wasn't as good as curious village, but the puzzles were great and the plot was good enough
>Ace Attorney: Miles Edgeworth Investigations - my first ace attorney game! It was really fun, I want to play more games from ace attorney franchise in the future
>WarioWare Touched! - fun game, not much to say about it though
>Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks - I really enjoyed the game. I loved catching the rabbits on the tracks, that was a nice touch

The games I finished on 3DS in 2025 are:
>Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy - not the best of the professor layton games I've played, the storyline was pretty weak and made kinda no sense
>Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - a replay, I've completed it a few times before. Definitely my favourite of all Zelda games

Misc games:
Plants vs Zombies - another repeat, but the last time I played this in full was around 2020

I’m going to count Donkey Kong Bananaza as being completed in 2025 because I defeated the final main story boss a tiny bit after midnight on New Year’s Day. I mean it was so close to being 2025 that it just feels like that is when I finished it.

You all make feel like I cant complete much😆

Here is my list:

Xenoblade Chronicles

That's it!
