what does it mean when you spend your bells by posting??

I look at my currency thing and it says a post that i spent tbt bells for and its crossed out?? what does that mean and how can that happen

When you edit posts it takes the bells you earn from that post and then gives it you back depending on if your post has more content ( you'll get more)or if you've removed parts (you'll get less)

The number of bells you earn is dependent on post quality, which means that you'll earn more bells for longer posts. The best way to earn TBT bells (other than quality posts of course) is to try selling things in the TBT Marketplace. People sell all number of things, like ACNL items, TBT collectibles, villagers, Pok?mon, etc.
