what do you with your mail?

i just found out today that my mail box storage is filled to the brim! i have a habit of keeping every single letter i get.. haha ahh

what do you do with your letters? do you keep or just save important ones, or save none at all?

i would love to know, while i'm sat here figuring out what to do with my overflowing mail box - poor post office staff tehe

i only keep the special letters (ex: hey i saw this and thought of you) and throw away the ones they're forced to write (ex: thanks for coming to my house/thanks for giving me that item). i also save moving letters, nintendo letters, and mom letters.

that's a good idea actually, about the 'forced' ones - i think it's where i'll start now i have to start deleting some uwu

yeah! i'd suggest saving the really cute ones or the goodbye ones, you can always get more of the generic kind. it's nice to see that you save them all though, you must really care about what your villagers have to say.

I save all the letters even if they aren't very interesting. I like to make sure that I always can read them if I want. But when I can't save any more letters, I throw away the useless ones.

I save ones I think are cute or special, which is pretty rare. I delete them immediately otherwise so my mail slot in my inventory is clean.

I kept my HHA letters (so I can keep track of which awards I've received), Nintendo letters, moving away letters and letters from mom/villagers that make me laugh or pull at my heart strings

I wish I could be bothered to save mine, but I toss almost every one away. I have 5 special ones in my letters slot in my pockets, I switch them out from time to time. I don't really like getting mail from 'mom', I find it a bit weird personally, so I chuck all hers away sorry Mom!

If you go to the post office and talk to Pelly, choose 'Save Letter' and you can drag letters from your pockets into a save box and store them there. You can also attach items to the letters too and use it for extra storage space ^^
