If you do it long enough it becomes a habit and a new normal. I used to be able to eat a box of mac and cheese. Now I only buy myself the Velveeta shells and cheese with 2% milk cups. That way I just eat the cup, and not a whole box.
that's actually a really good idea. my biggest problem is that i'm allergic to almost everything (wheat gluten, eggs, dairy) so finding the microwavable cup mac & cheese i can have is such a pain in the ass. i'm trying to just force myself to stick to fruit and vegetables as a snack rather than any type of carbs or sugar.
