For me I was looking for Judy and Raymond to make a profit. After like 5 tickets I'm like "Meh wasn't gonna find anything anywhere" I literally had forgot Audie's existence, then she pops up out of nowhere and I start freaking out and taking 50+ screenshots. That's my story, I'm bored and doing homework right now, somebody save me for a brief second.
I was looking for the mahi-mahi for days and it never came. Then I gave up and forgot about it. Today I decided to try to complete my fishing streak nook miles, when I catch it out of nowhere!
I found some of my dreamies like Beau, Freya, and Wolfgang through NMTs when I was looking for Raymond, Erik, and Marshal.
When I was using the campsite method to find Raymond, I found other amazing villagers like Zell and Kyle. I sadly didn't invite them but I rlly wanted them.
I remember seeing it in Piper’s room and thought, “Oh boy, gotta have!” I was very early in the game, so I thought it wasn’t gonna happen any time soon.
And then I OOP—next day I shook a tree and that’s literally my first furniture day of the day lmao
Lucky Cat! I was close to buying one off Nookazon but got stingy because I didnt want to spend 50-70NMT on an item. That same day Gulliver appeared on my island. Today I got the Lucky Cat in the mail. My favorite color variation too!
Same. Scorpion/Tarantulas only seem to show themselves when I'm not actively hunting for them. But every time I have my net out, not a single one spawns.
I was time travelling to kick out Lucky for a friend. He wouldn’t budge after I time travelled for two entire years, and I was getting desperate. At that point, a campsite visitor turned up, and I marched down in hopes of getting the visitor, whoever they may be, to force him out. That visitor turned out to be Stitches, one of my absolute favorite lazy villagers!
Golden Trout. That one gave me a lot of trouble. Now I'm trying to find the Tuna and I'm having a deja vu, because I can see it's going to be the same thing...
Was island hopping for a lazy or jock villager that I liked after I kicked Merengue out, however after my 3rd ticket I came across no other than Raymond it was pretty cool but I was unprepared to see him at all
Spent full days trying to catch the string fish, and finally caught one on day 3. Went to a friend's island after and saw a largeish fish shadow and it was a stringfish.
I caught a sturgeon casually on an mystery island. I didn't even know they were in season yet and I was laughing cause I had seen people use so much bait to try and catch one.
Same kind of thing happened with the coelcanth I didn't know you could catch them at any time of day now and i caught one in the morning just before the rain stopped
In the beginning of the game, I was like : "I know that yours precious baby Beau or little Stitches, are not gonna be the first villagers in the island" and when I start to place the furniture for the 3 houses plots. Uncle Nook says that you can look who bought the plot.
I was curious and I check the 3 plots and one of them, is Beau who bought the plot !! ;-;
I was so so so happy to see his name on the plot that I ask my little sister if she sees the name of Beau too !! ;-; <3 <3
And now I spend a nice time with him on our little island, fishing, listen to him when he's singing and take somes pictures with him. Just enjoy our life in a peaceful way. ;-;
i was actively hunting for tarantula island and then realized that after over 100 NMT i was not gonna find it. then i told myself that i’m scared of tarantulas anyway and finding tarantula island in the dead of night would probably make me cry so with that i used my last ticket and ended on tarantula island lol
Audie and Judy when I was Raymond hunting. I tried breeding purple flowers and gave up cus it was just not working. Then a week or so after, I found purple tulips and purple pansies behind trees when I was just running around and I noticed a flashed of purple. They were from my non breeding flowers since I seperate my breeding field from the normal decorative flowers.
