What Animal Crossing glitches have you come across?

A peach tree grew only one fruit two spaces from the river, I shook it and the fruit fell down. Then I couldn't pick it up until I chopped the tree down. Then all three fruit appeared and I could pick them up

Cyrus can detect what refurbishable item is wrapped, but it cannot be selected. The wrapping has to come from mail because the wrapping paper from Nook's will not work.

Color requested for the lava lamp will not be correct.

The net glitch (being able to walk into almost anything by pressing and holding down A and walking very, very slowly into something. You can go into the river, you can get on the train tracks, etc :3)

There's also one I just learned of recently: Save while you're sitting on a stump when you have someone over, and then after the save, the player that wasn't sitting can sit on your lap.

The only glitch I've seen, on my downloaded copy, was a small graphics glitch. It looked like a broken sprinkler. At the time I was playing hide and seek, and it lasted until the game was over. tumblr_ms81xyHCtS1sw20jco1_400.jpg

That happened to me too. It happened because a villager was watering that flower at the exact moment you started the game.
Something similar will happen if a villager that was fishing joins the game. They will still be in the fishing position before they hide.

I talked to Avery, but no text appeared in his speech bubble. I couldn't leave the conversation, because he never finished "speaking," so I had to reset.

Not very exciting, I know. I guess I should be grateful that that's the most crippling glitch I've ever experienced.

I once got stuck between the sand and the sea using the tweeter glitch (?・Д・)」

I've had it happen several times where I get a gift from a villager and they say they're regifting a gift another villager gave them. The villager they say is always female but they always say "regifting a gift HE gave me" or "don't tell HIM i said that"

I've come across one where Deirdre and Kitty were having an odd conversation.
It was like Deirdre was Kitty and Kitty was Deirdre. :P

I talked to Octavian until he told me he has other stuff to think about so leave him alone, then I went in Re-Tail and he came in, still doing the "lost in thought" animation but without the thought bubble. When I talked to him his voice was really deep sounding, much more so than usual, it was really odd.

That was demonic possession. It sometimes happens.

Okay, yesterday I said I hadn't had any glitches in my game so far. But I forgot that sometimes my turnips just randomly rot. :/

At first I thought I must have accidentally tt'd, but it happened again today. And I had been very very careful not to move any dates or times or anything.

When I came out of the station, I looked in my pockets to see if my pockets were full. They were. Full of nice healthy turnips to sell for lots of nice healthy bells. I had filled my locker right to the brim too, and so I was expecting a very nice profit.

Instead, when I talked to Reese, they suddenly rotted!!!!
And the ones in my locker not only rotted, about half of them simply disappeared. Weird!
Not that I minded them disappearing after they were rotten, it made less work for me throwing them out, lol.

But I definitely minded that they rotted after all that work! I went and bought some more and am selling them now, and they're fine. This glitch has only happened to me about three times since I got the game when it came out. Has anyone else had that happen?

my friend and I were playing in her town, one of her villagers was outside but in my game he was inside, so when I walked inside of his house the first few seconds he started glitching out (running fast, walking backwards, etc.) and whenever I entered his house and stepped outside he was either on his roof, peeking his head through his door's window or walking through the walls outside of his house. I immediately called my friend and took pictures and showed her them. She saw that his lights were off, but to me they were on. She saw me walk inside of his house. But even in my game he was walking in her town's plaza. Weird, right? :p

My turnips never rot when I tt. It must just be my game or something, no one else has had this happen.

Then what would you classify it as? The game was showing me something that wasn't there when I started up.
The things that show up on the title screen before you load the game for the first time that day aren't set on stone. For instance, let's say that you're doing the resetting trick, maybe in the loading screen the villager plot will show up next to re-tail, but when you actually load up the game with a new character's it'll be somewhere else :3

Same here. :P

ruby and axel decided to plant flowers exactly right after a ceremony when they were still in their ceremony positions. it caused both of the flowers to be planted on top of each other. but then I saved my game and it was only one flower instead of two when I went back on. kind of a shame, it was cool looking.
