You should. Website design skills are very rare on the internet, if you're fully designing, coding and putting all the website together they can sell for up to $1000. Some even go for as much as $1500.

Even just creating the layout for a website can sell for $500.

It depends on the website. If it was a google pages I'd do it for 2 cents. Or pence, or P, or whatever it's called in England.
If it was complicated, I think they'd deserve at least 100 pounds.
